SING INC

I’ve had the opportunity of being coached by SING INC Director John Henny, and I give nothing but my best accolades and respect. He’s done nothing but help improve my work as a performer, but also supported me as a friend and mentor. The studio manager of SING INC, Tracee, is also a star in my book. I can’t help but feel uplifted, inspired and excited about my craft when I’m around her! She’s absolutely delightful. I’m very much impressed with the staff at SING INC Glendora, and would recommend the studio to any artist, young, old, experienced to beginner.

I’ve taken voice lessons with John, co-​owner of this business, since 1998. I know Sing, Inc. is geared to young singers, but I’m writing to attest to the fact that singers of all ages can find something wonderful here. John’s knowledge base, his humor, supportive approach and generous personality make it a wonderful, safe experience to learn as much as you possibly can. I’m SOOOOO glad I found this wonderful teacher, and I intend to continue working together for a long time to come.

I have three children twin 10 year old daughters and a 7 year old son. We tried out the free class and my kids came home begging to sign up! They could not wait to go back. The music is fun and current. When they leave, they sing the whole way home. My daughters needed singing coaching for a part they landed on a TV show and John was so helpful making them feel confident and prepared. Every experience has been awesome! So grateful they are local!!!

My kids LOVE Sing Inc! They take guitar lessons and voice. Both of my kids have finally found their passion and the staff is so encouraging and friendly. I am constantly recommending this place to my friends with kids.

Both of my kids (ages 12 and 9) had a GREAT experience at Sing Inc. They did a summer camp last year, have done several small group classes, and my daughter also attended a birthday party there. They loved the coaches and (even though they are a little nervous performing in front of people) loved being up on stage singing. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a child or teen that wants to learn how to sing, improve their stage presence, or just have fun. Any doubts? GO TRY A FREE CLASS! You won’t be disappointed!

My child had a bad experience at this business. She was ignored and songs were inappropriate for her young age. There was a coach there that did not like my child and was treating her like an outcast.

SING INC is a fantastic place! It’s a fun, welcoming place to be. The vibe is great and their open mic nights are a blast!

Disappointing experience! Took my 4-​year old daughter over to Sing Inc. in Glendora to inquire about what they offer. I was encouraged by manager Tracee to attend a free group session to see how it works. I was told they had two classes, one on Saturday, and one on Wednesday. Perfect! Wednesdays were the days that fit our schedule. One problem, the class was not going to meet this week so Tracee suggested we attend the Saturday class. Ok. We go to Saturday morning session. A group of about 7 kids from ages 3 – 6 are in attendance. Part of the session is not open to parent’s viewing, but another group karaōke type exercise is open. Each kid picks a song that the instructor plays off an electronic device. One kid chooses a song called «Demons». Not exactly age appropriate in my view, and not something I want my 4-​year old listening to. After the class, Tracee asks me what I think. I share my concerns about the song lyrics. She tells me they allow the kids to sing whatever they like with their parents’ approval. Cool. I just don’t think my kids are ready for those type lyrics. We leave. My kids go to school in Glendora, take dance lessons in Glendora, etc. A week later we are in the neighborhood and I decide to give Sing Inc. another shot, but this time for the Wednesday session in the hope that the song choices might be more suitable for small children. Just something to allay my concerns and allow my child to start nurturing her love of singing. When we walk in Tracee informs me that we would have to register for the class, and pay all the fees before we could sit in on the session. She said she understood my concerns, but we had already attended the Saturday session for free. Despite the fact that I was not satisfied with the Saturday session, we were now expected to sign up and pay for a month of classes to find out if the Wednesday session was any more age appropriate for a 4-​year old. Who signs up for a class they are not happy with? Not me! So, the second chance I was willing to give Sing Inc. was rebuffed by Tracee and we left. Not exactly the kind of customer service you expect from a small business in your local community. Go figure.
