The Fries are always Cold. The service sucks in this Location. I keep telling people not to go to this Location.

Coming here, I didn’t have high expectations. After all, it’s a fast food restaurant serving greasy food– I get that. However, I didn’t expect to experience the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. To begin, we spent 25 minutes in the drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of us. When I tried to order, the gardeners were using a leaf blower(I don’t know why– there was no grass around) and the lady helping me rudely said a few times that she couldn’t hear me over the lawn mower. I didn’t know what I was supposed to do and I felt very uncomfortable. The lady was getting very impatient even though those gardeners were working for the restaurant. I ended up yelling my order at the top of my lungs. We spent about 5 minutes waiting before we ordered. However, we spent the next 20 waiting in the drive-thru line behind 2 other cars. No one was moving. In fact, the employee came out to get money from both the car in front of us as well as us. When they took my money, they simply said the total($ 9.45) and took my money(no greeting, explanation of why they trekked out to collect it, or thank you) and walked away. They then brought food to the car in front of me, who had to back up and drive around the car in front of them(who had been waiting at the window for about 15 minutes now). Finally, after another few minutes, that other car drove forward and we pulled up to the window. We waited about 3 minutes until the employee opened the window, handed me my change and receipt, and closed the window(without a word). We waited about 3 – 5 more minutes, and we finally got our food. The employee handed it to us, said«sorry about that»(insincerely) and shut the window. This employee was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. She acted as though we were inconveniencing her. This is very upsetting because I kept trying to be nice(greeting her, saying thank you, etc) and she did not reciprocate even basic manners. It is appalling that she even got a job in customer service. We will not be back.

Reading past reviews I do agree with most of them, this place needs re training on all employees, they need to be nicer and polite, they have no customer service skills. There was a lady once in the drive thru that was very nice but I can’t think of her name, she was African American if that helps :) The reason why I gave them 4 stars was because of the food, it is always well prepare and yummy, I always get stuff changed and they always get it right. The place was clean as well. I will keep coming back

Went to stop in to get some food for the family, waited in the drive — thru for a bit with no answer from anyone then drove to the window saw people pass by twice and we were totally ignored. So we leave and I call to ask why they were ignoring the customer in the drive thru and speaking to the Manager(Dalia), or something close to that, who first has no customer service at all I asked her is there a reason why you are ignoring your drive thru customers and she says well my employee was in the restroom and I was in my office … Well #1 wouldn’t you tell your employee to take the headset off and not take it in the restroom with them ??? Gross if no hand washing and touching other things people may get sick and #2 if your employee is in the restroom shouldn’t you have the headset on to help your customer’s that go through your drive thru !!! … Never again will I go there and then acting like its my fault because we went thru the drive thru when she was in the restroom. Manager needs to read her handbook on safety and sanitation !!! And take another Customer Service class !!! And the only reason they got one star is because I had to rate them … I would of gave them NONE !!!

I have been to the Wienerschnitzel on Route 66 in Glendora several times in the last few weeks, I was overcharged and thought it was that they were not giving me the right amount of of the coupons i used, well that was not it they are charging 22% sales tax WOW that hurts, and when I brought it to the managers attention she figured it out on a calculator and it gave the right amount but still wanted me to pay the amount on the register even though it was wrong. I can amazing how many people are getting over charged. BEWARE!!! P. S. I did email them without a response.

I love Wienerschnitzel. They have the best chili. It is like crack. My order every time. All beef chili cheese hot dog(sometimes with a pretzel bun.) Chili cheese fries. Chili cheese burger(jalapeño poppers on the side to add to the burger) XL drink. This just made me hungry.

I knew there was gonna be a problem when I could hardly hear the person on the drive-thru speaker. I ordered two kids meals with ketchup dogs for my kids. I ordered chili cheese dogs with onions for me. And drinks for all. When she handed me the kids drinks, one spilled all over my lap because the rim on the cup had been smashed. I handed it back and told the person helping me what happened. She said she would get me a new one, but didn’t offer much of an apology or even any napkins. As she handed me the rest of the order, she thank me and luckily I realized she had not given me my drink. Glad I realized it before I drove off. If that’s all that happened, I probably would not be spending my time typing this. But it only got worse when I got home. Kids dogs were plain and pushed thru the bun. There were no onions on the chili cheese dogs, and two of them were pushed thru the buns. Kids and I were hungry… they were really needing to eat, so I added ketchup(and replaced two buns with some from home) and powered thru my onionless chili cheese dogs. I called back and asked to speak to the manager, wanting to express my dissatisfaction with the experience. She said if I brought the food back she would refund my money. Hard to do after I added my own ketchup to the kids for them to eat and ate the chili cheese dogs. Plus, I didn’t want to load everyone back into the car. She said all she could do, if I didn’t come back tonight, was to take my name and would give me a free combo next time I go there. I hate to say it, but I doubt I will ever collect as I will have a hard time going back to this location.

Typical Wienerschnitzel, nothing out of the ordinary. Right off Route 66 so easy to enter and leave. Only«beef» is the drive thru set up… if there’s more than 3 people waiting to order you either block the driveway to get in or are sitting in the street. But eh it’s Wienerschnitzel and chili cheese dogs are worth waiting for… ironically Unilocal is telling me to «put some mustard on that review» haha

I’m not a big fast food person. My brother loves this place more than anyone so whenever he comes back home we go with him. Generally the food is typical fast food. The 5 corn dogs or 5 chili dogs for $ 5.55 is a great deal. If you’re getting three or four of either you should just use the deal because it’s actually cheaper. Sometimes it can be a little slow but it’s because they’re frying your corn dog fresh.

This isn’t health food, it isn’t gourmet. It’s hotdogs, folks… Food’s collective answer to comedy relief. They have nitrates and preservatives that could fell a bull African elephant. The sodium content rivals the natron utilized in Egyptian mummification processes. Dan Aykroyd’s character in THEGREATOUTDOORS suggested their primary ingredients are«lips and assho– … You get the idea. And sometimes, you just throw all that mad caution to the wind, and double down with Weinerschnitzel! Because hot dogs taste good… And if it tastes good, it’s good for you, right??? Pretty sure I got that right. This restaurant combines the delights of the Christian worldview of nearby APU, with the rough and tumble hard streets of Azusa. Rocky Dennis lived here… a point to remember when you’re staring solo at a bag of chili and kraut dogs on the passenger seat of your car, truck, or van. The drive thru is fine. Here’s a thought, based on other reviews: if you have trouble confirming your order with the drive thru staff reading it back to you with an accent, one or both of the following may apply: 1. You ordered too much food here. Drive down Route 66 to Curves, and sign up. 2. You have no business ordering fast food in Azusa, CA, you bigot. Either way, you should be able to get in and out of here for five bucks or so. The gals at the window are always sweet, and don’t judge me based on the lack of people in my car that would align with a multi-hot dog order. One time, when we were kids, we convinced our dad – a man of large body and spirit– to order 20 ketchup dogs, 20 mustard dogs, and 20 kraut dogs… Then, to make it look like he was going to eat all of them, my five brothers and I hid under the seats of the van and laughed. He threatened us with paternal violence if we didn’t pop our heads up and buckle up. Another classic day in our family’s history. Anyway, if you eat here daily… You may die young. But what a ride.

Hire some people that can communicate effectively!!! When they repeat your order, there is no way to figure out if they got the order right or if they are telling you the piano toilet has no quarter! Wtf???

Came in rather late(my dinner time has been pushing 8pm for some time now) and service was pretty quick. I ordered the two chili dog combo, add cheese, and a street dog in a pretzel bun. Service was pretty standard, nothing jumped out at me as extraordinary but it wasn’t bad either. Everything was good, as it always is. The chili dogs were great, slightly spicy. The fries got whatever chili was let, yum! The street dog was amazing. It’s a hot dog wrapped in bacon, topped with grilled onions and, I assume, ketchup and mustard(maybe just mustard). The pretzel bun was the perfect addition here, chewy and delicious. I’m craving another couple of these as I write this review! Will I be back? Absolutely…

There are just some days that you want a great Chili dog and Winerschnitzel never ever fails. My boyfriend is from Indiana and when he had a dog here he is now hooked. If he had his way, he would probably have Chili dogs for every meal. I grew up in Glendora and this location has been a landmark. My family is a big fan not only because the food is good, its cheap! I actually tried the Chili Cheese tamale and it was AMAZING! I wish they would make it a part of the regular menu, but let’s keep our fingers crossed.

Should’ve got the Angus pastrami in the pretzel role, fries were good but could’ve used more salt. Service was good ^_^
