Out of all the locations this one by far is the worst they never fill the fries up all the way. Complain to corporate about the serviced I received there multiple times and never got a call back if that’s the way the corporation wants to run there franchises that I guess they don’t need my business other franchises when I complain at least got back to me Wienerschnitzel has not once email me or call me back

I frequent any number of Wienerschnitzel stores in a year, but it seems as though every time I am at this particular store I hear people complaining about the food and service. I was amazed to hear on this trip that there is a $.33 charge for relish for your hotdog. They didn’t charge for mustard, ketchup or onions. Frankly I don’t even care for relish, but someone needs to explain to these folks what an American hotdog consists of. The last time I was here everyone’s hotdogs were served cold in the middle. The time before the register wasn’t working right. Perhaps I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Friendly staff and has no problems exchanging the soda because of taste. Thanks again. Will return again.

I’ve only had wienerschnitzel a few times in my life. It had been years since I’d been to location. Also the first time I’d been to this one despite living down the street for the last 5 years. Came on a Saturday night and used the drive through. We ordered 3 different hot dogs. The guy asked us if we wanted all beef hot dogs, we said yes. We ordered some mini corn dogs. Price was more than I expected, turns out the all beef franks cost more. I don’t mind that they cost more, but what I did mind was that when he upsold me on the 3 dogs he didn’t inform me it’d be an extra charge. The chili was good, better than I expected(it’s been years since I had their food). My wife loved the mini corn dogs. Service was quick. We were in and out of the drive through in about 5 minutes.

My food was fresh the workers were nice. Iv been here a couple of times because it’s close to home. But on 2 occasions they ask me if I want ketchup or mustard and I say yes both and when I drive off there’s neither. So that question is kind of pointless. Other than that food is good

Decent food and service most of the time. But be wary of this place on Saturday nights after the manager has gone home for the night. The remaining employees really like to screw around. There’s a big Hispanic guy whos work ethics are lousy. He plays loud Mariachi music through the drive thru speaker at night for fun. He also intentionally ignores patrons in the drive thru. Sings and yells in Spanish in the back. Also alot of horseplay and bad customer service ignoring customers and screwing around in the back. This only seems to happen late Saturday night after the Manager has gone home. The day shift crew is more professional and helpful. So remember, Saturdays after 9, it’s Jack in the Box time.

I get it. Working at a fast food restaurant sucks I did it all throughout high school. What I don’t understand is the level of rudeness somebody will give to you while they’re taking care of your transaction, I’m not here to make your day worse girl I’m here to have my cheat day let me live. Lauren was my cashier via drive though and goddamn she had a bad day, she talked over me, she kept rolling her eyes, and she was really really dismissive like she was offended I was buying my food there. I hate bad customer service and I don’t care that it is a fast food you shouldn’t be such a bitch to your customers. Won’t be coming back.

The girl that waited on me had a bad attitude never greeted me never said thank you and she forgot my drink I had remind her and then the hotdog was cold. Avoid this restaurant there are plenty of others in this great state of California.

11 minutes from the time I paid until I got my corn dog and chili dog. They forgot my fries — that was another 4 minutes. It’s your typical Der Wienerchntitzel food but damn that wait!

The server was nice. It took a long time to get our food… the fries were old… I used my coupons and saved a lot of money. . That’s fast food…

I asked for hotdogs and they gave them to me. The décor was simply outrageous but did not interfere with my chili dog experience. 5 stars. Would go back.

This the slowest Wienerschnitzel around! I waited for 10 mins in the drive thru just for a drink and a cone.

A consistent, clean, delicious Weiner-S branch. Always cold inside, bring your sweater. Brrrrr! Open 4th of July and it was a no-frills Fourth for me and my small circle of relatives(the big circle were out camping in Dana Point). But I drop here every now and then. Not the most value as far as fast food goes, but not bad.

They have those hot dog we all have come to know and love. They could use an update to their décor, but still clean and efficient.

It’s late, this junk is cheap, but somewhat filling Ordered five for five chili dogs with xtra xtra xtra onions This place barely puts any onions on it. I bring it back and ask for xtra xtra xtra onions The person behind the counter just smiles I git it back and it looks the same, I go back and ask for xtra xtra xtra onions The girl behind the counter just smiles Should I pinch her… to see if she’s real??? I git it back and all five have xtra xtra xtra chili… So I pick out the few onions on the hot dogs. I go back again and ask for xtra xtra xtra onions I show her what the onion looks like. Do you see these little onions??? I want these xtra xtra xtra onions on my chili dogs. The lady has a bigger smile and nods her head, Yes Is this lady for real??? Finally I git my chili dogs with xtra xtra xtra onions And now I have xtra xtra xtra chili on them too… Oooooh,…don’t stand to close…

Came here the other day to get food for my family. We ordered the 5 for $ 5 chili dogs but then realized the family pack might be better value. We asked to change the order & the employee called the manager over who was extremely rude even shaking her head and complaining under her breath while changing our order. I might understand a little more if they were busy buy we were the only customers at the time. The girl at the window seemed so stressed & came off very rude.

So i’ve been to various wienerschnitzels before and this by far has got to be one of theee most uncoordinated location! We decided to go inside and the girl at the register HAD to be a new hire but props to her because she was very bubbly and all smiles. We ordered 3 corn dogs, an ultimate chili cheeseburger, an order of chili cheese fries, an order of jalopeno poppers, an order of the bacon wrapped street styled hot dog and an oreo freezee. Everything was meh but that bacon wrapped hot dog was NOT street styled! It was quite literally JUST a hot dog with a slice of bacon on it. Why the heck did i pay $ 3 for it?! Also, Ive had better quailty jalopeno poppers from other W-locations. Anyways, «lucky» for us our order didn’t take tooo long(considering the amount of stuff we got i suppose? and how long other ppl had to waite for their orders). It took about 15 mins for our order. Two customers before us were still trying to either 1. Get the food they ordered. or 2. waited for 11 minutes for a soft serve and ice cream sundae. OUCH. It got so bad that the manager had to step out of his little office to delegate. I felt so bad for the employees too): there was a lady there(not the manager) with star tattoos on her face that kept talking down to everyone else infront of all the customers. D: booo! Other than that, this location has a drive-thru and I heard they might’ve just restaffed. Whatever it is, they still have a lot of kinks to work out!

This was the first Wienerschnitzel restaurant that I had ever seen. And, for some reason, I somehow thought it was beneath me to eat here. Like it was ghetto or something. Why I felt this way, I’ll never know. A Chili Cheese Dog, Chili Cheese Burger, and Chili Cheese Fries for a mere $ 3.33 is very hard to beat. Is their chili the finest? Nope. But for the price to quality ratio, it succeeds well enough. This location has a Tastee Freeze incorporated into it, so if you need to fulfill a dessert fix, look no further. I’ve had a Hot Fudge Sundae on more than one occasion, and their execution is a bit more satisfying than Mickey D’s $ 1 Menu version.
