Attic lounge first impression loved the décor, atmosphere, feel. Cons # A cold, unlit double-sided fire place in December? # No billiards table as raved about online and in the«in-room menu» listing amenities.

The clam is very worthwhile. They pack the plate full with two yummy garlic bread. Chicken wings were great, and the sauce on the side was lovely. Staff are friendly.

I really wanted this to be a great experience. We’re staying here at the Salishan Resort, and didn’t want to venture out for dinner on our first night here. The Attic was busy, because of Monday Night Football, but we found a recently-abandoned table and snagged it. It took a while for the table to be cleaned, and the server promised to come right back with menus and a wine list. After 15 minutes or so, we couldn’t see her in the room, so the fiancé asked at the bar if we could get a menu and drinks. The answer was a startling«No,» followed by «I’ll find your waitress and send her over.» Ok, then, if that’s how you want to run the place. Fast forward another 10 minutes, still no service. Bummer, now I’m really thirsty, and the fiancé has steam coming out of his ears, like in the cartoons. He goes downstairs to the main desk of the resort, and is told that the General Manager, Stephanie, will be told right away that we’re having a problem. Funny, our disappearing server is also named Stephanie… Yep, you guessed it, they’re the same person! Stephanie finally appeared, full of apologies about having to handle an issue with a guest. At that point all we wanted was food and wine, and we got both. The food was tasty, the wine was comped, and three hours after we arrived, we finally headed back to our room. There are big lessons here… like, don’t take on tables if you’re the manager and have other responsibilities. And if you do take on tables, let your staff help… or at least ask them not to reject customer requests. And don’t give me a long list of excuses… if you tell me you’re doing the best you can, and it’s not enough for your customer, who wins in that scenario? In the end, the food was really good, but we still left disappointed in the service, and tomorrow we’ll leave the resort in search of good food AND good service. Cheers!

We went in for dinner and had the chowder that is very good and the calamari which was excellent. For dinner we had the prime rib dip that was also very good. The wife orders the brisket burger and got a regular ground beef patty. Food prices are good and drink prices a little spendy. The service was good for as busy as they were. They need to add more staff.

Didn’t want to leave the hotel in the rain so stayed and went to their lounge. Gaaaah. The service was subpar to be polite. When I asked the waitress about the freshness of a particular seafood she looked at me as so she was sure I’ve never seen the inside of nice place and assured me they were a five star restaurant and everything was fresh. After that I had to get up as get my own silverware since she had forgotten to bring utensils after several requests. The last two request made after my food arrived. The rest of the service was slow and she continued to be forgetful everyone else in my party. Oh and my «five star» food was burnt and not flavorful. Crazily enough during a break in the conference we went back to the lounge. Again service was slow and she(the same waitress as the previous night) divided the check incorrectly. Mind blowingly she then asked us to hand her the signed checks before we even left table. RUDE!

Service is really slow. Waiter came and ask if we where here for drinks or drinks and dinner. Bust our table and did come back with menus until 10 minutes have past. Saw people get seated at the bar and get asked what can I get you to drink right away and the couple that came in after us had menus and water in hand in under 5 mins. So far not very impressed. Nice fire place though. Almost 20 minutes later we got menus and a drink order was placed. Ask how well their Manhattan is made and got a half hearted it’s good. Hope the food is better than the service.

Really well crafted drinks. Had a pizza that reminded me of Red Barron– good but did not exactly taste fresh

The music was good last night. Service on the other had was very slow. Took 15 minutes to get someone to our table. Had it been busier I would understand. The real bad part was seeing folks come in after us and get helped right away.

Had the Kalbi sliders &BBQ chicken pizza with my wife. Delicious, though the crust wasn’t the best I’ve had. Server friendly & attentive. Music pretty good, though the bass player seemed out of his league & the EQing was all wrong for the room. Overall, recommended highly!

Lance was awesome! Lobster mac & cheese was very good and flavorful. Specials run every weekday. My wife loved the blood orange cosmo. Truffle oil fries were also very good and stayed crispy even on the next day.

Lobster Macaroni & Cheese. Oh yeah, that’s right. I love lobster(or crab, shrimp and other related crustaceans) and adore mac & cheese. So when I spied this during our make up V-Day weekend I knew we’d be eating here simply to eat that. We went on a Sunday which was pretty slow, though we’d come the night before just for drinks and the place was hoppin’ with some live music. Service for us was super quick & polite and we enjoyed some seating by the fireplace. So obviously I got myself the mac & cheese and the boy got himself a pizza. Both of us were totally pleased with our selections. They didn’t skimp on the lobster & the mix of cheese was superb. I ate every last bit of it. The boy loved his pizza too & he’s not one to say such things so that’s a good thing. Definitely a good option if you’re not looking to drop $$$ down in the Dining room.

Live music on the weekend and a good White Russian to finish off a great day. Does it get any better?

Great ambience and the food wasn’t too bad either. It was quiet in the non-summer month we were there but that was kind of nice. It featured two fireplaces and I can imagine it being a happening spot in the summer. The top-40 music is not usually my style but fit in well and the sound was really spot on. They had the typical bar/lounge fare, but it was still tasty. We had the BBQ chicken pizza and cobb salad with crab. And, at least while I was there, the bartender didn’t skimp on the alcohol in the cocktail.
