Dunkin’ Donuts

Just like to every place you go, there are pros and cons. This Dunkin’s workers seem to be very knowledgeable and the coffee usually is quality and made right. However, they are almost ALWAYS without more than one worker. This causes long lines and long waits. Where is the manager??? I’ve been into this Dunkin 5 TIMES without a second worker. You might as well drive next door to McDonalds or go into price chopper for starbucks. Overall, my order is almost always right, and I have a difficult order. This Dunkin is wwwwaaayyyyyy understaffed and needs either a better manager or something to fix how long it takes for simple coffees to be made.

I would give no stars if I could. This dunkin has been going down hill for a few years now. It used to have wonderful friendly, well attentive employees who always treated you with a smiling face. I try to avoid this place at all costs now but sometimes when I am in a rush and it’s right around the corner I just can’t. I regret it every time. They are almost $ 1 more expensive then all others in the area. The employees are rude and it seems like they are not even paying attention, ALWAYS check your order I bet most of it is wrong. Customer service is not important to these people. And waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru is a short trip. I have also waiting inside and it is no better several times I have walked out when trying to buy Kcups. Overall if you can wait five minutes to drive to the next closest coffee shop or place to eat quick, keep going and don’t stop!
