They take forever to answer the telephone. After that they have a long menu of options, then they put you on hold for several minutes, then if you request a specific department you go on hold for several more minutes.
The employees in the copy center are brain dead.

Don’t bother with this store. Items are out of stock and store employees don’t care and corporate office doesn’t either. Try the Colonie location.

The manager «Steve» was a real jerk, wanted to return a 55 dollar iPhone case that clip broke on, which I had purchased 4 days before from the same cashier and the guy basically was picking a fight getting in my face over it, yelling belligerent goon, horrible guy, even other customers outside the store were like wow that was unbelievable, lol

Wow. The technical support guy roaming the floor was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I think his name was Matt? He identified an issue I didn’t know I was even having with my computer. He had the opportunity to sell me a $ 100 product that I was browsing for, but instead, told me I didn’t really need it and sold me a $ 40 solution. I will definitely go to this store again, even just for printing needs, and recommend it.
