My air conditioner broke during a heat wave in June. The company I bought it from, J Halligan, was very unhelpful in terms of scheduling a service visit. I found Creative Comfort Solutions online. The receptionist Heather was extremely pleasant and helpful, and worked with me to find a mutually convenient time for a service call. They arrived EARLY and waited for me to get home. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in 20 minutes. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
