The worst part about graduating from Arcadia University is now I won’t be a 10 minute drive from Humpty’s Dumplings. Hump day is the best day to go and try all the different flavors, for only $ 5 you get 5 dumplings that you can mix and match the flavors from the wide variety of sweet and savory options. And no, they don’t judge you if you get two orders.(Every other day it is about $ 7 for 5 dumplings of all the same flavor) Some of my personal favorites include the classic Cheesesteak, buffalo chicken, honey chipotle chicken and spinach and ricotta dumplings. They also have lots of different noddles– I have had the chicken pot pie noddles and it was delicious. Make sure to follow them on instagram for their cool pictures and to keep up with all of their new and innovative dumplings!

These fried balls of goodness are excellent! I wish I had tried more of them. I ate the mushroom one during my time at Bonnaroo recently and it blew my mind. So good. The flavors they put with the mushrooms did not overwhelm the natural flavor but added the perfect amount of extra tastiness. I also had a bite of the mac and cheese one. As suspected, it was also highly satisfying. The batter is not overly thick and seems like a cross between and egg roll paper and a batter of sorts. I could see myself eating these fried balls of goodness by the dozen.

Heard about this place from my brother who had them at a wedding. Went in today and we tried everyone of them. All of them were delicious! We left with 120 of them for my son’s graduation party. They were so accommodating and friendly. They whipped up the order and packaged it for me so I can just heat and serve them and I don’t have to go back out to get them. Great food and great service!

This is a pretty cool place but looks like it is a bit unfinished. When you walk in on the left side of the building there is what looks like a bar, and since the menu says BYOB it makes me think that there may be a bar coming soon, or that they could not get the license for beer. ANYWAY, you can BYOB so thats pretty cool. The menu is very simple we tried the spinach & ricotta dumplings, cheesesteak dumplings, and the buffalo chicken dumplings. We also tried the Japanese Curry noodles. All of the dumplings are great, I didn’t care much for the buffalo chicken ones because of the shredded chicken, but that is just my preference, they are by no means bad. The cheesesteak dumplings were pretty tasty and the spinach and ricotta were also really good. I do wish they have pizza dumplings /or calzone dumplings. I think they would fit in perfectly. Also, they really need something that will go with their sauces, it seems most of the things on the menu would no go with BBQ sauce… The Japanese Curry noodles were really, really good though! The noodles were not overcooked and were the perfect amount of chewy, the curry flavoring was just right and it coated the noodles perfectly. The meal was quite filling and the price was VERYCHEAP, I don’t get anyone complaining about the price of this place. Anyway, overall it was pretty good, very filling and just wonderful stuff your face food. I would go back and check it out again. Hopefully they rotate their flavors of dumplings on the menu!

Food was good, but a bit overpriced. We brought our 1 year old and there were no high chairs so we had to lug our stroller in :(

One of those«why didn’t i think of that?!» places that does things right. They don’t over complicate their menu and focus on what they know will work. They seem to rotate their flavors from time to time but that just adds to the variety of flavors you can get from this small shop. makes you want to go again and again without falling into the humdrum act of getting the same thing over and over. The taste is great and their sauces are awesome. Will definitely be going back for more.

I was excited about this place. I love dumplings and noodles. I have been there 3 times and have to admit it has been an underwhelming experience. The taste of the food is ok, the larger issue is timeliness and customer service. I ordered dumplings and noodles each time and the price was a little high, but I would have been of with it if the food was good. The cheesesteak dumpling was really good, but the spinach was terrible. Other people I was with said the chicken was completely dried out. The second and third time, I waited about 20 minutes for 5 dumplings. They weren’t busy or apologetic about the wait. In both cases, they got the order wrong. They have me chicken, which I am allergic, instead of the cheesesteak I ordered. All this said, I want to like this place, but the price is high for just ok food. The slow service also doesn’t inspire me to return.

I heard about this place on the radio and it did not disappoint. I had the chicken pot pie noodles and it was very good. The portion was very satisfying. I look forward to trying the cheesesteak noodles very soon. The spinach/cheese, cheesesteak, and chipotle chicken dumplings were also very good. Wednesday’s are $ 1 dumpling day so don’t miss it! The staff was very courteous and I’m going back really soon.

Humpty’s Dumplings sat on my plate. Humpty’s Dumplings tasted pretty great. And all of the sauces and all of the noodles, Made me love Humpty’s oodles and oodles! Was seeing a show at the Keswick and had to stop here for a bite first! $ 30 for dinner for 2(and leftovers) was pretty great. Vibe is casual with a few high top tables, regular tables and a long bar. Service was pretty fast. We got the sampler of 5 savory dumps(cheesesteak, spinach ricotta, honey chipotle chicken, roast pork and brocolli rabe, and of course buffalo chicken). Deep fried and a great value. We were impressed with the cheesesteak and spinach. There are some great house made sauces to add. Don’t forget the noodles! Huge portion and the cheesesteak noodles were amazing. Definitely recommend. We finished off the meal with 5 tiny blueberry cheesecake dumps(cheesecake filling, dusted with graham cracker, dipped in blueberry sauce). It was a lot, wish there was a smaller portion of these, but they were really good. They were out of a few of the specials(so don’t get too excited before asking). Looking forward to seeing these guys at some festivals in Philly this summer! They said they’d be at the Manayunk Festival, and they were at the Italian Market festival last year so I’m hoping to see them there! If you’re in the area, looks like that have some $ 1 dump hump day specials. If you’re not, make a day out of a Keswick show and dumps and noods!

The store is super clean and neat. We went about an hour and a half before closing. 20% of the proceeds went to my daughter high school for the night. We got 3 types of dumplings. Chipotle chicken dumplings and buffalo chicken dumplings were very flavorful. The bananas foster dumpling was okay, I just wished it had some kind of dipping sauce. They were fried but not greasy. The savory ones came with sauce. The noodle options looked good. I’d return to try those. The young woman at the counter was very nice.

We had gotten the sampler and was pretty pleased with the results! I’m a huge dumpling affecionado and I really enjoy all dumplings in every size, shape, flavor! I was intrigued that they had dessert dumplings and the savory dumplings were pleasantly mouth watering! If you want a unique dumpling experience COMEHEREANDTRYIT. :)

Popped in here for the first time last night and was very happy I did. First off it is BYOB which is always great! Secondly, the dumplings were great. They offer a sampler so you can try them all out and order your favorites. I highly recommend this place and even though I don’t live that close I’ll be back.

Visited for the first time tonight. I tried one of each flavor, they are delicious! Plus $ 1 dumplings on Wednesday. Can’t beat that deal! Cheesesteak dumplings are a must, but dessert is great too. Small dining area so be aware of that. But it doesn’t pose too much of a problem!

Cute shop in the area. I tried the special of 5 dumplings for one price. This special already includes 5 ‘favorite’ dumplings so you can’t modify the order. The dumplings were smaller than I expected but they were crispy and warm. From the flavors, the cheesesteak was the best one. I had the spinach and ricotta one, and it tasted like the inside mixture was still cold so it was a weird experience to bite through the crispy outside to the cold filling. I’ll try out the dessert ones next time bc they seem more promising.

My buddy and I just finished eating here. It was well worth the little wait! The cheesesteaks dumplings were awesome! Just a warning the seating is a little limited, but you can always do takeout!

Went for the first time last night(wish I knew it existed sooner!) and stocked up since it was $ 1 dumpling days(eating my leftovers as I write this). We tried, in order of what we liked best, the cheesesteak, pepperoni pizza(special), apple pie, roasted pork and buffalo chicken. We also got a chili noodle bowl(another special) which was delicious. The noodles are homemade and taste very fresh. They remind me of spaetzle. Service was great. We’ll definitely be back soon!

I’m a big fan of Humpty’s Dumplings! Lots of good flavors that change seasonally. In the fall I had the turkey and stuffing dumpling and it was phenomenal! Recently I had the ham and pineapple stuffing dumpling and it was equally delicious, especially with a touch of mustard. The standard flavors are also great, especially the spinach and ricotta(which is also my husband’s favorite!). The only reason that this isn’t a 5-star review is that the wait time can be a little long. I went on a Wednesday($ 1 dumpling day!) and waited 35 minutes for 2 orders of dumplings. Definitely learned my lesson to call ahead for take out!

I had the Spinach and Ricotta Dumplings. They were decent, but the marinara sauce served with them was cold. The taste was good, but would have been a lot better hot. Would have loved if there were more options. Atmosphere was young and fun, and the place looked really clean which is always appreciated!

Yum!!! Imagine my delight when the wonderful smell wafting through Keswick Square was this dumpling shop! I came in because the Keswick Coffeeshop was temporarily closed, and I’m glad I did!!! I found yummy and filling dumplings, a sparklingly clean shop with Modern, Urban-Outfitters-like décor — it’s a little taste of trendy Philly right on our doorstep — can’t wait to come again!
