I have taken Reliable to the airport probably a dozen times over the years. They have always arrived on time with a clean car and a friendly driver who knew the best route to take depending on the time of day. Just booked them again this Tuesday for all the reasons I just stated.

Flourtown, PA
NOT RELIABLE! Reserved a cab the day before to pick me up and take me to train station. They never showed at the arranged time. I called the dispatcher, who said, «Yeah, we’ve only got 2 cabs running today. I can get one to you later.. . » «Later «was 40 minutes late. As a result I missed my train and had to change my reservations, paying a penalty.
On the plus side, the driver they eventually sent was pretty pleasant. Otherwise they’d get no stars at all.
