I have been taking my various bikes to Bike Works for years. The owner Ron and his crew have always been understanding of the limits of my motorcycle knowledge. They have never made me feel stupid because I didn’t know something. The work is always done on time and done well. I don’t know Ron personally, but he is a friendly guy and makes you feel at home. I highly recommend ‚” The Bike Works” for your biking needs.

As a beginning biker, it’s really easy to be intimidated by how much there is to know. I have been to the Bike Works at least once a week since I got my bike, each time with a barrage of questions, or for inspection or repairs. It’s clear from the very beginning that the guys at the store have been riding since they could walk, and not once have they been anything less than completely accommodating, endlessly patient and willing to answer any question no matter how basic. And, AND — this place has the most incredible museum-​quality bike collection that a novice like me is likely to see outside of an actual museum. It is well worth bringing your business to The Bike Works.
