Farmers Insurance – Charles Yi

I have dealt with a lot of insurance carriers before coming to Charles Yi’s Farmers. I have never received this kind of service before in my life from an insurance agent. I was driving to georgia to see family for thanksgiving and on the way there I hit a deer. My car was completed wrecked. I called Charles on his cell phone late thanksgiving eve and he helped me out so much that I didnt even had to worry about anything. His office staff helped me every step of the way and made sure I got into a rental right there on the spot. I have never seen an agent that would bend over backwards for me. He doesnt just give you the price he makes it so that the price and coverage is fit for your needs. I defintely recommend Charles Yi’s Farmers insurance!

A car rear ended mine and I had to get help from Charles Yi Farmers Insurance. Charles and his staff member Ny have been tremendously helpful — from the time the police report had to be written to the process of getting my car back from a toe company, getting it repaired at a shop, arranging a rental car, and following up with the other insurance company while I was getting medical treatments. I could sense that they are not doing this just as a job, but they sincerely cared and did what is best for me in each situation. I definitely recommend using Charles Yi Insurance.
Also, two body shops I’ve used through Charles Yi Insurance (such as hail damage repair and after accident) were positive experiences! They did nice repair work and demonstrated excellent customer service. And I absolutely loved the medical center I was introduced to. If you are deciding to get an insurance, Charles Yi Farmers Insurance is a definite Yes!

I’ve used all other insurance companies (from your more expensive «bigger names» to your cheaper online vendors) and I’m very satisfied with Farmers, mainly because of my agent Charles Yi.
He’s very attentive to anything, whether it’s a quote, information on claims, and other advice. You can’t go wrong with Charles and his staff. I guarantee all insurance «seems the same» until you realize you need more help. When something happens, you don’t want to be on the phone and on hold, that’s for sure.
