Crowded waiting room and Long days make employee’s a dash testy for healthcare system

I just wanted to share with everyone what a great experience I had coming to the Glenview location of NSUHS. My appointment was at noon, and I was in the room about 5 mins before noon. One thing I cant stand coming to Dr offices is being scheduled to see your Dr at noon and then not seeing her until 12:45. This was not the case. The staff here is warm and friendly (and they all wear cool watches).
I met with Dr Russo who was very professional and personable. I felt she took her time with me and didnt rush the evaluation. The nice thing about this place too is they can perform X-​rays, P/​T, and are able to write prescriptions too. I recently went for P/​T and they made me go outside to get these services, i.e. Rx, X-​rays, etc.
If this area is a great locale for you to get P/​T, then I highly recommend them.
