I had my hair done by Magali and she was amazing! I always dread getting my hair done cause I hate the small talk people make and the bs they come up with BUTMAGALI awesome! She was real and did an amazing cut, I got so many compliments! I did not even want to name drop her because I wanted to keep her as my secret! Lol! But she deserves the credit!

I’ve had my hair done by Anais(Ana) and she did a phenomenal job with my hair. It turned out exactly the way I wanted it too and I even took my mom to get her hair done as well. I won’t go to any other place I was very pleased with the results

Michel is the best stylish I ever met. I’m from Belgium and used to get my haircut done in an American hairsalon but was disappointed. I love my hair to have a stylish haircut, and fit with the shape of my face. In addition Michel is applying more a European style in his cut, which looks much more elegant than USA typical haircut(personal taste: I don’t like long hair with no style) This was the first time I had short hair and it just looks amazing.

On my follow-up visit to the salon two days after the scheduling snafu, I was greeted warmly and offered a very nice bonus service«on the house» as a conciliatory gesture. It was a very nice surprise and quite generous. They did a special treatment on my hair that I had never tried before and it really made my hair look great — very shiny. I felt this made up for the scheduling issue and I am happy to endorse the salon as a satisfied customer.

i came for a trim, and it was the worst haircut of my adult life. Yes, they managed to screw up a trim. i’d like to preface i’m not angry and that my intentions here are not to complain, rather to warn future pacal pour elle goers. I can’t complain because I went in for a free service since i was serving as a hair model for a training class that was being supervised by the owner. But, i do not trust the techniques used in this salon at all(and i’m no hair expert). Unilocalers beware. As an amateur, even i could tell that my stylist, though surprisingly confident, had very little skill. She basically separated my long, slightly wavy, full hair into 4 sections +1 for bangs(i counted it), and cut them with 1 – 2 snips per section… and certainly not trim length as i had i asked. The supervisor, though in the room, wasn’t actively supervising, and when he did come by, was encouraging of the«19 yr old’s»(as he called her as though she’s a prodigy) technique. Don’t even get me started on the awful face-framing. i could keep talking about the cut which was the worst part, but let’s skip to the blow drying. Girl did an awful job blow drying(it looked like 3 days into straightening bed hair), so supervisor did speak up at that point, and said, ‘if she were a paying customer, finished hair would have to look glossier than that.” Good for him for speaking up, but honestly, didn’t appreciate him saying ‘if she were a paying customer’ because the whole point in the class is that the stylist get trained to behave as though i am a paying customer. Mental points off for customer service. Then came the bangs, at one point, she stopped, and told me i was all done, but my straight bangs looked like i was in tornado and were not blow dried straight at all. i very politely asked if she could straighten my bangs, and she said she can’t because my bangs had a cowlick. really? YESREALLY she said that. ATTHISPOINT I WASFRIGHTENED. So then I TAUGHTHER how i, probably one of the most incompetent blow dryer users ever, blow dry my bangs within 3 minutes every morning using my fingers. soon after, it was over. i was looking at myself in the mirror as she and the supervisor claimed it was done. I probably had a look of sadness as i touched my ends. The«19 year old«then blurted out I ONLYDIDANINCHLIKEYOUTOLDME. I wanted to scream «liar» but i had to be the bigger person otherwise i’d leave with a uneven pixie– so my instinct became RUN. JUSTRUN. And so i did… the following day at work, people gasped and asked me what happened to my hair. Unilocalers Beware. I wouldn’t trust this place… even as an nonpaying ‘customer’.
