When it came time to actually make an offer on our home, Paul was a very strong negotiator, fighting for us and helping us navigate through the sellers’ counteroffers.
I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor that is very organized, diligent, patient and knowledgeable.

As a buyer, Paul was most helpful in the contract process when there was an issue with the seller’s roof. He was there every step of the way, even meeting roofers at the seller’s house to serve as our advocate. He was proactive in making sure our needs were met. I lost much sleep over the contract process because of this roofing issue, but Paul kept in constant communication with us, keeping us in the loop every step of the way, easing our concerns throughout the process. He cared about our well being and satisfaction a great deal. He demonstrated professionalism, passion in his work, and perseverance in wanting to make us happy. I don’t know what more you can ask for in a realtor.
