Old school, simple, made to order. Delicious bacon!!! Gluten free was easy here because everything is made fresh!

I’m a local. Excellent homemade food for breakfast or lunch. Not open for dinner. Great service. Small hidden café with few tables. I come here often.

Excellent hidden café. Locals love the burgers and enchies. I had an oversize breakfast burro. There were four ladies working this small restaurant and doing well. Great prices with excellent service. If your in Globe, this place is one of a few worthwhile places to visit. Fresh baked items too. I had a cinnamon bun.

A quaint little town with a lot of there restaurant seating maxing out at 15 people. This restaurant had four ladies running the restaurant, but foreign to them are hairnets. Most people say it’s not needed, but only when you have food in your friends does it really hit home on how important it is not to eat someone’s hair off their hear, which was at their home, laying on their bed… you get the jist. The burger was good, but the whole experience tanked when there was hair in my food.

La Luz is a great place to eat! The restaurant it self is small so be sure to come early or during«odd» hours because it can be hard to find a seat. The food is cooked to order so it can take a little bit to get to you. It even says this on the menu. This in no way should make you want to go someplace else. When the food does come it’s fresh off the stove and in HUGE portions. They do have a «small» meal if you don’t want too much food. They serve burros, or burritos if that’s what you call them. They also have great hamburgers and sandwiches.

Great food and atmosphere. Like stepping back in time. Homemade food, everyone knows everyone else, laughter, superb service and modest prices. You can not go wrong eating here! If Cheers was a restaurant, this would be it.

How did I end up here? I don’t know, but thank goodness! This is the local hang out, the place where the police officer stops, where you can get pan dulce, delicious burros, and eggs. Don’t be shy, the woman on the grill is dousing that thing in butter! This place is a perfect greasy spoon, where you can sit at the bar and watch breakfast be made, read the(complimentary, but single copy) paper, and listen to the locals mouth off. Great breakfast burritos, great local flavor.

This is THE local Breakfast /Lunch hole in the wall. The baked goods are good and if you like greasy spoon style breakfasts that are hearty and taste good this is your place. If you are looking for health food keep looking… Breakfast burro’s(that is what the locals call them not burrito’s) are FANTASTIC and made to order. My kids love to go and have breakfast and watch it being cooked. If you are looking for an older style diner type breakfast or lunch this is your place.
