Audrey’s Flower Shop

Heather and Dee from Audrey’s were by far the best vendor to work with from start to finish. I was truly amazed at how responsive and how dedicated they are to their clients. From initial meeting, to numerous emails from me with questions throughout the wedding planning, to meeting with me again in person when I decided to change everything up, they were so accommodating and understanding. Last but not least, the flower centerpieces, arrangements, and bouquets for my wedding on 8.28.15 came out gorgeous. I was blown away by them. Can’t recommend nor thank them enough! :)

I order flowers for many people and I always go for local shops to support their business. I have to say that Audrey’s Flower Shop not only provided the best customer service out of the many flower shops I have used, but possibly the best customer service out of any business I have ever purchased from!
Dee went above and beyond in assisting me with finding a reputable flower shop near my mother that would do a Flower of the Month club. I could not believe how hard it was to find a local store in my mother’s area that would do the club (I refused to go with any of the big conglomerates, as I wanted to support small business and seasonal flowers!). Dee went out of her way to contact shops, and was successful! My mother is incredibly pleased with her flowers and I’m so glad I contacted Audrey’s Flower Shop!!!

Audrey’s flower shop provided gorgeous flowers for my wedding this past weekend. they were so beautiful and perfect! Dee and Heather listened to my ideas and desires for flowers and colors and made many changes and additions up to the last minute so that everything could be perfect. They didn’t push any additional items and were accommodating to my making my own center pieces to save on $$. They added the flowers to the pieces just like I’d asked. They were easy to work with and the flower designs were just gorgeous.

We worked with Dee mostly but also with Heather. They were fantastic. They were easy to get a hold of and very helpful. The flowers on the day off the wedding came early. I was very happy about this. They were very kind and professional even when I was getting a little nuts! They were also great regarding flexibility with prices, and never tried to have me buy something i did not want. I would definitely use them in the future!
The only issue my husband had was that the delivery man did not put on their boutineers. But the photographer was there to assist.

I worked with Dee after an extremely unsatisfying foray with another floral company. She treated me — from beginning to end — like I was the most important bride she had, and one with the biggest budget. In all reality I had a very small wedding and only needed a couple of things — everything else I did myself (looked stunning by the way). She was responsive, professional, warm, kind, and made me feel like she appreciated my business, even though it was monetarily limited. Dee also got back to me immediately whenever I emailed and I never wondered about what the status of my order was.
The work they did was perfect. They did everything right. They understand customer service. I want everyone to use them and give them the huge contract I couldn’t.

My husband and I made a lot of good choices in terms of the vendors we worked with for our wedding. But, by far, the best choice we made was hiring Heather and her team at Audrey’s to handle our floral design. From the first meeting we had with Heather in her loft above the shop, we knew we were working with a dedicated, passionate professional who loves what she does — and it showed; boy, did it show. My husband had a very clear vision of how he wanted our flowers to look; opting for a mélange of different, unique bouquets for every table (we spent a year collecting antique milk glass and mercury glass vessels to be used through the venue) and Heather was the perfect collaborator. She remained true to our vision, but steered us in directions we hadn’t thought to explore when she felt strongly about something (she even acted as an impromptu conflict mediator at times). We’re from out of town, but she always made time to see us whenever we asked. And her team (including the incomparable Dee) is just such a joy to work with: We not only hired a fantastic vendor, we made some great friends. And when our big day finally came, the flowers (and every other detail that bore Heather’s touch; she did so much for us) were even more exquisite than we could have imagined. Our guests are still talking about them — my mother used the word «fairytale» to describe how Heather was able to transform our already-​gorgeous venue (the Willowdale Estate in Topsfield). I would whole-​heartedly and without hesitation recommend the services of Audrey’s Flower Shop to any brides– and grooms-to-be…I know I’ll never use another florist in the area again.

We used Audrey’s Flower Shop for our bouquets and boutonnieres for our wedding in September 2012 and it was absolutely perfect! When I met with Heather, I had no idea what I really wanted to do, so I just showed her a few pictures of some things I like, and she asked all the right questions. They worked with me to make the flowers work with my small budget, and when Heather delivered them on our wedding day, I was blown away! Amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married.

We really didn’t know what we wanted to do for flowers for our wedding. We met with Heather from Audrey’s Flower Shop, and she took time to listen to our ideas and design affordable, yet beautiful flower options that worked within our small flower budget. The bouquets were absolutely beautiful, and once I saw them, I knew they were exactly what I had been wanting. The centerpieces went perfectly with our décor. I’m really glad we found Heather!
