Our family has been receiving stunning arrangements from this florist as gifts for years, so we ordered our mother’s funeral arrangements here. The owner was kind and patient with us, and the arrangements were absolutely beautiful and well worth the cost.

Love this florist. Reminds me of an old fashioned floral shop when I grew up. This is the place I go to for spray roses, fresh eucalyptus & poinsettia.

I got married in Rockport two weeks ago and used Russell’s for my bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. Overall, I’m really happy with everything. Maria was very nice to work with and so helpful. She even hunted down the flowers I wanted to have in my bouquet even though they’re difficult to get this time of year. I’d recommend paying close attention to the details though. I had to make corrections to the order form several times before it accurately reflected what I ordered. Also, I wanted the boutonnieres to be made smaller than their sample (maybe should have gotten this in writing as they were too big and difficult to keep pinned on). That aside, I was really happy with everything and recommend them to anyone planning an event in the Gloucester area.

Russell’s Florist is small shop, but they have a very diverse selection of plants and arrangements. I live near the shop, and I love walking by and seeing the clever and beautiful displays they have outside for sale. They offer something unique for every season, and currently have some lovely arrangements in baskets.
This is my favorite florist in the Gloucester area. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with Audrey’s (which is their main competitor) and I would always recommend Russell’s over them. The prices are much more reasonable, and the service is definitely friendlier. If you want something delivered, they will do it and will do it on the day specified. No worries, no problems. Your plant or flowers will be in great shape, which is very important and seems to be lost on other florists in town!
They sell other items like hand-​made wreathes and, obviously, various plant and gardening supplies. I recommend checking them out and seeing how they compare to other shops. I’m glad that I switched!
