Dunkin’ Donuts

Watch out! Baaaaaad service and baaaad attitude from the morning crew!
My husband and I ordered two breakfast meals and two coffees before our whale-​watching tour. These three incidents all happened in a matter of 5 minutes!
First incident: immediately after paying, I was handed my coffee. The cashier got my coffee order wrong and blamed me for not telling her it was black. She assumed I wanted cream and sugar. So I shrugged it off thinking it was just a miscommunication error and enjoyed my new coffee. That wasn’t all that bad, but it gets worse.
Second incident: My husband ordered a meal with a bagel instead of a muffin. When we got our bag and sat down, he opened the bag and it was a muffin. When he asked them to fix it, the cashier lied and said we didn’t tell her that which we clearly did. The manager was very rude and reluctantly decided to make the change.
Third incident: We sat down for the third time to try to enjoy our meal. We realized when digging deeper in the bag that they didn’t pack our hash browns. I went to the pick up counter asked for my hash browns, and then the cashier yelled at the pick up saying we didn’t order hash browns!
Got the hash browns in the end with out even an apology from management.

Service — meh. Iced coffee preparation — meh. But they had a bathroom and my choices were limited, so I stopped. And I can’t walk into a DD and NOT get my standard issue iced coffee and blueberry cake donut… I’ve had better experiences, this wasn’t one of my favorites.

The service is bad, they don’t hear your oder or don’t care they keep talking among themselves, the coffee was acidy.
A homless ma came in and they verbally abused him.
I will never go into an other Dunkin Donuts again
I’ll wait for Kristy Kream to come to town

The service here is simply horrendous. I ordered a large iced coffee and I was handed a large milk with a splash of coffee. I’m all for getting my daily dairy intake, but not at the expense of a ruining my below average at best iced coffee. To top it all off the employees here could not stop gossipping the whole time and never said a word after I thanked them for the creamy mess they handed me.

I just got a Boston Kreme donut for the first time in a long time as there are none in San Francisco, man that is a good donut.
