When walking in the door yesterday I saw the lunch buffet sparsely set up and I asked the waitress if it was too late for the buffet as it was 12:45pm. She was fairly rude and told me I could plainly see it was right there. I told her I was asking because I wasn’t sure if it was going to be closing ending soon. She lead my child and I to a booth and informed us they were out of Pepsi but we could anything else. No apologies just matter of fact and a bit rude but, whatever, we weren’t ordering Pepsi anyway. We ordered our drinks with a «please» and«thank you» and we were sure to thank her when our drinks arrived. She didn’t reply. I went up to the buffet and grabbed a slice of pizza that had just been put out as well as some breadsticks. There wasn’t any sauce on the buffet for the breadsticks and all staff seemed to have disappeared so I wasn’t able to ask for any. No big deal, I could eat them without it. I sat down, ate the breadsticks(soft and fresh) and I moved on to the pan pizza and the first thing I noticed was that not all of the cheese was melted in the middle. Sure enough the pizza was nothing but raw dough in the middle. I could pull strings of it up with my fork. So gross. I went up to the waitress, who never came to check on us, and informed her that the pizza was raw in the center. The cook and manager never looked at it but denied that was the fact. The manager said it just appeared that way because their pan pizzas are very thick. I was totally dismissed but decided to let it go because they tossed the remaining pizza. Still without looking at it. I decided to have thin and crispy crust pizza instead. I brought my second plate back to the table. As I picked up my thin and crispy pizza all the toppings slid off and the crust was undercooked and floppy. Clearly it wasn’t cooked through and the center of that pizza was also raw. At that point the waitress returned to give us our bill, not refill our drinks or take away our dirty plates. I showed her my raw slices of pizza and she informed me the issue was over because the first raw pizza was thrown away and that I wasn’t getting a free lunch by complaining. Shock and awe, right there, let me tell you. She charged me full price for my child, she didn’t believe he was under 12(he is), so I paid nearly $ 18 for the six breadsticks and 2 drinks we were able to consume. I am fortunate enough to not remember when I had last received such poor customer service. I wasn’t trying to get a free meal and I was looking out for them and the potential problem with serving undercooked food. I worked for Pizza Hut, more than a decade ago, and left a management position on good terms. If anyone in my restaurant ever treated a customer on such a manner i would be mortified and written them up. However the manager on duty was clearly just as rude and dismissive. Never again. This wasn’t my usual Pizza Hut and I will continue to go to the Johnstown location with the awesome Roberta as she understands how a customer should be treated.

Worst delivery and customer service ever! Ordered two pizzas for delivery via phone. When the delivery woman arrived she had only half our order and a bill for the entire in hand. She said«oh whoops I forgot the other pizza». Which sucked but being only three mins away wasn’t a huge deal. She said she’d be right back so I payed her, and despite the mix up tipped her. Then started the(at most) 10 min wait for her to return. 20 mins later… I called and was told by the employee that answered that it was gonna be another 20 mins. That they still needed to make it. And then my favorite part… «My shift just started so it’s not my fault». That was too much for me. The kids had already eaten the one pizza and I was done dealing with this. I asked for a refund on that pizza and was told they couldn’t until the manager arrived in two hours. I hung up and called their district manager and told him what happened and of what I was told. And for my awful experience and all the troubles in having to deal with this I received a more than likely spit covered pizza(that I immediately threw away) and a refund for JUST that late pizza. Now with all that being said, Pizza Hut in its self isn’t a bad franchise. They had some pretty great deals and being a parent of four on a budget made this a great place to treat the family to once or twice a month. It is this particular location that is terrible and is in my opinion a real black eye to the entire franchise. They will not be getting any of my business ever again and I discourage anyone who’s thinking of ordering from or eating there in the future.
