I had received a gift card for a 90 minute massage, so I decided to drive 1 hour from STL to relax. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that the gift was for $ 45 and I needed to pay the difference. I had to provide the gift box that the card initially came on which stated it was for a 90 minute massage. If I would not have had the box, I would have had to pay the difference. I was then greeted by my massage therapist, very nice girl. She did a great job! The room in which they put me was not the greatest. It was next to the salon and I could hear people having conversations; this was not relaxing. Lastly, the massage therapist started 15 minutes late and ended our massage 15 minutes early. I was not very happy. I would not recommend this place for a massage, maybe this isn’t their forte.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and beautiful results. I will be a repeat customer. No doubt. Loved every second.

Let me begin by saying that the actual facial I received was wonderful– the best I’ve ever had and my skin was glowing when I finished. The esthetician was so knowledgeable. BUT it was up sell after up sell. I had purchased a Groupon to try this place out and they up sold the service I was receiving then tried to sell an additional $ 200 in products. This was such a turn off and NOT relaxing.

Ask if their massage therapists are licensed and ask to see the license. It must be posted. They must be licensed if they are advertised as massage therapists.

I have been there several times for services. I was happy with the services, but they always seem to push their products. I am there to relax, not buy a $ 75 scrub.

I will say I was very disappointed when I came in to the Spa. I was picking up a gift certificate on a Saturday that was purchased over the phone on Thursday. They were running a special on massages, and I called because it was the last day of the month, and I wanted to cash in on the sale price. I was told by the girl I spoke with on the phone to not worry, and just come in and pick it up whenever I was ready. I went in and told the girl working the desk that I needed to get the gift certificate that was no where to be found. She was very helpful in that she checked every drawer, and as she was trying to problem solve with me the owner of the Spa came out. She proceeded to make the situation worse by trying to hold a conversation with me about how much she like my hair color and my glasses. I was not in the mood. The girl behind the counter was now calling the person who sold me the gift certificate on her personal phone. She was getting no answer. At this point in time the owner had now taken my glasses off my face herself and proceeded to look at them. I was shocked, but the receptionist was not phased. I am assuming this is common behavior for her. The person who sold me the gift card eventually answered her phone and said, «Oh yeah, I remember doing that. I just never made the card.» I will say that I did, in fact get my glasses back, and I got my gift card. I was very disappointed that something that should have taken 30 seconds took upwards of 15 minutes. Needless to say, it will be my last Spa purchase.

I was just visiting the area and they managed to fit me in for a massage the same day. The therapist was very professional and understanding of certain conditions for the massage. I’ve had massages twice as expensive so this place is definitely worth your money.

On Feb.10th Dutch Hollow held a open house to promote their business. What they failed to do was clear off the bottom parking lot, it was a sheet of ice. They have little parking on the upper level maybe 15 spaces. So if you didn’t get a spot on the upper level you had to park on the bottom level and hope you didn’t slip on the ice or get stuck. Not very well planned, maybe the owner should have thought about her customers.
