Why do I keep trying? My orders are always 20 min past the delivery time presented, and on more than one occasion my order has been wrong. From getting the wrong toppings, to completely forgetting an item, and even delivering to the wrong house(pretty sure that time the delivery kid was stoned-which I’m fine with if you’re NOTONTHECLOCK). This location is the absolute worst. Even now I’m waiting over 20 min past the delivery time, again. Next time, I’m just going to make my own pizza. It’ll be quicker and probably taste better. THEWORST. Get better management and customer service Godfrey Imo’s.

Sunday July 5th5:30pm — Only 2 people eating inside. The 5 person staff I saw had no orders to fill. They were mostly standing around talking with 1 guy occasionally filling the box slots. I order a Lasagna, a Cannelloni and a Large Salad. Waited 20min. Drove home in less than 8 minutes. Cannelloni was cold — not tepid but Cold. Even the sauce was cold. The Lasagna was so hot I couldn’t carry it. Salad had 1 extremely small thin slice of tomato. Generally the food is good, but having to re-heat the Cannelloni should not have happened especially after the 20 min. wait and shelling out $ 21.00 with no Drinks! I will go back, but only if they are busy and my pocketbook is full.

Wrong town for this specific Imo’s. Shows this one to be in Belleville but is actually for the one in Godfrey. Make sure you don’t call the wrong one like I did.

We go to Imos Pizza quite often. The family loves the thin crust and flavor. My favorite is the double sausage pizza. We have always had friendly and quick service. BTW, the salad with house dressing and double cheese is exceptional.

This place was not that busy, we arrived close to 12:30. The tables were dirty and we had to ask to have one cleaned off. The food(pizza & breadsticks) were good; however every employee was very dirty in their appearance. I am trying to not be mean, but they all looked like they have been living on the streets and Imo’s hired them for lunch.

I love Imo’s food! This place was my first job when I was 15 and I loved working there! However, over the last couple years the customer service has gone down the drain. Their deliveries take over an hour every time, no matter the time of day and when I call to check on my order after the first hour has passed, they say, «well tings are going kinda slow around here because of the weather. It’ll get to you eventually.» the guy didn’t even ask what my name was or what my order was. And the weather, I didn’t know clouds in the sky on a Sat afternoon could delay a delivery. Very disappointing.

Just take me out and spank me now. What was I thinking when I ordered from Imo’s. I know what I was thinking, I was hungry and desperate for delivery at work. Being new to the Alton office I wasn’t sure who would deliver and all I could find was Imo’s and Domino’s. I had two evils to choose from, so I flipped a coin and Imo’s won. Amiee’s talk thread about Toasted Ravioli got me kinda craving them, so I ordered some ravs and a 10″ Deluxe pizza. Their deluxe has; sausage, mushroom, onion, green pepper, bacon & cheese. We all know which type of cheese, so I will not even go there. If these were my first toasted rav’s, they would have turned me off and I would have never tried them again. They were rubbery, chewy and several out of the 10 were burnt. The so called«meat sauce» that was included for dipping was oily and nasty. The one rav that I did dip was spat out quickly. I only ate four of them and tossed the remainder into the circular file cabinet. The pizza was a major disappointment. I will be honest and say, I do like the thin crispy crust for my pizza and this was ultra thin and crispy. However, the toppings did not make the grade. The bacon was plentiful as were the onions. The green pepper was cut to large for me, combined with the sausage it left a stuffed pepper taste me my mouth. The mushrooms were kinda on the mushy side of being done. Again, we all know which cheese they use, but this was the most minimal cheese I have ever seen on a pizza. When I ordered I did not expect greatness, but I did want at least average. What is sad, is my mom use to live in Godfrey and enjoyed going here for a personalized lunch pizza and a cold beer when I visited. She’d roll over in her grave knowing that this place in the last couple years has gone to hell. Thank goodness I keep a toothbrush & paste at work, because my mouth was in need of a good cleaning after this lunch. Also, another good thing about this lunch, I got a new addition to my No-No List.

«Nothing says a night out with friends more than Imo’s. Relatively inexepensive, very good food. The pizza is meant to be shared by it’s size and shape alone. The pizza is good — if you’re open to a thin, somewhat cruncy style. This is the virtue that also seems to be the vice to some people. It’s a love or hate affair. I’ve never had pizza like this outside of St. Louis, and I’ve traveled to 13 countries and over half the states. It’s truly unique. If you’ve never tried Imo’s, don’t leave St. Louis without doing so.»
