The people running this service are courteous, approachable, and very competent. The salmon fishing trip was fabulous… not necessarily because we caught gobs of fish (we caught some salmon) but because the guide, Jeff, made it a very enjoyable outing. It was very refreshing having a guide service where they weren’t arrogant and/​or crabby. Quite the opposite.
These guys share their knowledge, their enthusiasm, and their focus on the customer so that you want to be out there, and you want to come back. Their prices are reasonable, and their boats are top-​notch. The salmon and crab were mouth-​watering, and these guys definitely know how to create a fantastic fillet.
Nice job, Five Star. I’ll be back.

My son and I had a ball. The bottom fishing and crabbing was truley an awesome experience and memory. We ate fresh fish the rest of the trip. Next time we’ll get a salmon too… they were a no show for us that afternoon. The staff, our guide, the gear, the processing was all professional and top notch.
