Here’s the thing… This is my first time ever using a dry cleaner and honestly didn’t know exactly how it works. I know, I know… I’m a little obsolete.
My gym is in the same shopping center as this DC and I, on a whim, decided to drop a few articles of work clothes off for cleaning. The lady behind the counter was so welcoming, friendly and understanding of my lack of DC knowledge. They were also open almost an hour past their closing time! When I returned to pick up my favorite Blazers and slacks (crossing my fingers and toes that they were still there and in better condition than I had left them due to the previous bad reviews) I was so pleasantly surprised! The same friendly lady was there and my clothes are even more gorg than I left them!
I guess this goes to show that it’s worth giving a business a chance and experiencing it for yourself! I’d definitely recommend this DC to anyone!

Friendly staff, but my clothing was not cleaned all the way (leftover spill or something left on the bottom of my slacks pant leg).
I was told to return Thursday to retrieve my garment. When I returned (at the same time I previously dropped it off days before) I was told I had to wait until 5 PM that day.
I returned Friday at 3:50 PM and the store was closed. The closed sign said they would return at 4:30, despite their hours clearly stated as 7AM — 7PM.
I returned Tuesday (today) and was able to pick up my garment. Examining it I found what looked like a pancake batter drip on the bottom cuff of the pants.
I will not be returning.
