V Max Cleaners

Work is extremely below quality! I have given them 3 opportunities and all three have been awful. Took pillow covers to get cleaned and they came back just ironed but no evidence of them being cleaned. Their alterations are never correct either too long or too short. The last and final time was when I took slacks to get sewn and took another slacks to get cleaned. The cleaned slacks was returned with a hole and the other pants came back with the same hole never got sewd.

If you are looking for a dry cleaner that is dependable and has good customer service… keep looking. If you want a dry cleaner who repeatedly doesn’t have your clothes when promised, is not open two hours after posted opening time them Vmax is for you. I’m embarrassed to admit giving them multiple opportunities to fail.

Not recommended! The guy that works there has no idea what he’s doing and can’t answer questions. I asked if he could remove the fabric pilling and he said he’d have to check with the owner. I came to pick them up and he didn’t remember I had asked him to do it. He said, «Can you check and see if they removed them? Of course they didn’t.
I called the owner, who met me at the cleaners. He never addressed my issue; he was only interested in telling me how far he had driven to see me and how many companies he owns, how great he was… over and over. He added that the employee was the best in the business (even though he couldn’t answer any questions… hmmm).
Horrible experience and would not go back or recommend.
