what a joke-went into this store on two separate occassions and the sales people are terrible-i remember the days when you went to radio shack for advise-or help finding that odd ball electronic item-latest visit i went in to get a replacement for an ac adapter – you would think that would be their wheel-house-but no-after i interupted a conversation between the two salesmen they asked me questions about my device that of course i wouldn’t know(i brought in the dang thing)-is it positive or negaitve-whats the ampiture– and like 4 other things-(i stopped listening)-when i said i thought you guys were the experts they offered to write these things down for me – seriously? – look up on the friggen computer its the 21s century!! – so i went home and my 13 year old pulled it up on amazon and now i have my adaptor – no wonder you clowns are going out of business

The manager, Jerry, at this location is very knowledgeable and a very good salesperson. I received education information and opportunities for items and future sales… RadioShack by default is about 30% more than its competitors, but if you don’t care about that as much you will receive one-on-one service. It’s a nice and easy location to pop into when you don’t feel like battling the big box stores.

Very poor product selection, high prices, usually unknoledgeable sales people. Very laborious checkout. Why would you shop here with Best Buy, Target, etc. nearby?
