This is by far the better of the sprint stores(helpful hint call ahead and make an appt)! This is a service center so if you have an issue this store can help you out. I just bought 2 new phones and I was pleasantly surprised on how smooth our visit was! Our sales rep was extremely knowledgable and we left as happy customers.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Amin, especially. I would give this place the zero stars it deserves but unfortunately I have to give it one to express how dissatisfied I am. I went awhile back in January to get a new phone hoping for better service. Amin only seemed to care about making his commission. Long story short, he gave me a very expensive plan and when I tried to ask if there was any cheaper plans, he would cut me off and say there’s no other option. I went to Sprint because my friends and family have had good experience with it. Then when I asked if they can transfer everything from my old phone to my new one, he dilly-dallied around so I ended up waiting for about 3 hours for my phone. I went home without any«thank yous or goodbyes» and having to transfer everything myself. Today we stopped by the store again to ask about a different plan that was recently advertised, and very quickly denied us again. Needless to say, I hope he gets some training and maybe I’ll consider coming back.

I have bought 3 iPads from this store over the last year each on separate visits. On each occasion I was blatantly lied to. I was told they had to open up my products before I left the store, there is no functional reason to do so, I’m positive its because they have restocking penalties in case I change my mind. I also asked many times explicitly to not have insurance and other services added to my plan. When I checked after I left the store they had added all of those services not only without telling me, but after I specifically refused them and they said they took them off. don’t walk, RUN to another carrier, if you don’t have the legs for that, atleast try a different sprint.

My daughter and I went to the store to add her phone to my plan. Although we were there for over an hour and worked with multiple sales people, the end result was satisfying. Amr and Andre realized we were frustrated with trying to get answers about how moving her phone to Sprint would be beneficial. They did try to get us the best deal available and we were pleased with the extra effort Amr made to keep our account at Sprint.

I’ve been in this store 3 times in the last 4 months and every single time I end up waiting at least 10 min to speak with someone and until then no one greets you or tells you how long it will be until someone can help you. When you do finally speak with someone they almost always have terrible news for you and no good advice on what can be done to make your situation better. My family and I will be switching to Verizon ASAP! My adivce to you is if you like Sprint, dont visit this store to help you with your problems or questions, just try one of the other locations and maybe you will have better luck.

Not a big surprise that this Sprint store had poor customer service and rude sales staff. I hate sprint and they seem to hate me as well. Sprint sucks and this store sucks.
