Decent rings, decent customer service. I went here the very first time my fiancée and I looked at engagement rings, and someone helped us right away. She was very patient while we looked through every single ring in the cases, and I tried a lot of them on. At the time I thought it was a pretty good experience because I had nothing to compare it to. We went to another jeweler later that weekend(because I just didn’t see anything at Shane that I loved), and we were SO impressed. He actually spent about 40 minutes explaining the history of the company, tons of details about the 4 Cs, and lots of other info about the whole ring shopping process. This was super helpful, because I was clueless when I started. We were so impressed by their customer service that we ended up buying from them instead of Shane Co.

I have now worked with Shane Co twice and both times has been a pleasure. The second time was so memorable as we worked with Kyle and twice we had to return my wedding ring. There was no hassle no judgements just an ok let’s fix it attitude. I will never shop anywhere else for my wife as I love the service we receive and you can’t beat the return policy.

This was the absolute least pressure I have ever had about purchasing when walking into a jewelry store, ever! My wife and I had«dated» for ten years. We were«high school sweethearts» and essentially wanted to be completely done with school before we got married. Well, we took a trip to Minneapolis and decided to take a look. First, they asked us some simple questions about the lady’s tastes, as well as a price point. Never had I been asked about a price point. I have always been shown a bunch of rings, and even when I GAVE a price point, I was shown rings a couple grand more than that. Yes, the $ 15,000 ring IS much nicer than what I can afford, but why are you showing me this? I can;t buy it! But that is not what we got here. Longer story shorter, we ended up walking out with a ring. They have a jeweler on site much of the time, so they can pop your rocks right into the setting. Funny thing is my(now) wife wanted to wear it out, she was so excited. So that’s literally the story of our engagement. Talk about low stress. :) TIP: They do free cleanings, fusings, and ensure that none of your precious stones will fall out. They will also pay shipping to and from your place, insured, if you don’t happen to live driving distance. Very happy with these guys!

I came here often to buy my ex of all trainwrecks jewelery. Alot. This was actually the first place I ever purchased jewelery, and the staff made me very comfortable. No pressure sales at all. It was nice, being only 16 and all and annoyed by most adult figures in the world. Upon entry, everything about the store screams service and class. A greeter promptly welcomes you, asks if you would like a cup of coffee or bottle of water, grabs it for you, and shows you to representative, who is strictly only there to help. Nice change of pace from the pressure of Kay or Helzbergs«So are you gonna buy?» attitude. Each area seems to have a rep or other staff member that is highly knowleged on each stone or metal, and will go over their head to help find something in your budget, or to help you create an item within your budget. Another little creative service gesture they have going here… RAINYDAYUMBRELLAS. Dont know if they still have em, but on your way out, if it is raining or snowing hard, they have a bucket of umbrellas for you to use, take with you, then bring back on your next visit. Thats great customer service for you, right there! My only complaint about this store is the vast need of expanding the mens jewelery section. you have about 3 showcases for mens jewelery, whereas the rest of the store is dedicated to womens jewelery.

Bought all the rings from them; my engagement ring and girl friends engagement ring and then the wedding band — worked with Pete on all three transactions and got a lot of false information and am very disappointed by the lack of care they provide. Wanted to get another diamond for the ring and on their website they show over 500 units of the diamonds that I am looking for but when I go to the store they only show me 3 and say that that’s all they have. I worked with them to correct this and for them to bring in extra diamonds for me to see so I can pick that but still no luck. They just don’t care once they sell you the ring; very unwilling to work with. After spending over 10K shouldn’t be this disappointed with Pete and with the company in general.

OK, I’ve been annoyed by those radio commercials for years, just like you have. When I was shopping for an engagement ring, I almost felt dirty while driving there. It was as though I was a pawn in Tom Shane’s marketing scheme. But when I walked through the doors, I was instantly greeted and shown around. I worked with the store manager Corey, and he’s a pro’s pro. He has clearly worked with hundreds of clueless rubes like me, and treated me with a ton of respect. He patiently educated me on what to look for in a diamond, and showed me a ton of options. He absolutely respected by budget and didn’t show me anything that was a dime over it. Shane’s guarantees and(free) maintenance plans are by far the best I saw when shopping around. You get free repairs, cleanings, re-fittings, pretty much everything. The ring ended up looking great and my girlfriend(now fiancé) absolutely loves it. We just took it in because it’s a little big, and they’re re-sizing it(for free), and we’ll get it back in a couple days. Guys, buying an engagement ring is stressful, but go to Shane and they’ll take care of you in a fun environment. You’ll get the best deal there, and very good selection.

Just bought my 1st pieces of shane jewelry & had an awesome experience there. The jewelry rep helped us select & decide from start to finish. She was patient & knowledgeable. My hubby, surprisingly, was very involved in the selection process & asked a lot of questions which she was able to answer them with confidence. Furthermore I was glad she double checked to ensure my necklace length was exactly as I wanted. Overall her thoroughness & attention to us were priceless & worth every hard earned cent we spent. Though I ended up spending beyond my budget, I was very happy with my purchase. Their warranty also gives me a peace of mind & I think its a challenge to find other jewelers with a similar warranty. They definitely will be my jeweler for life!

My husband and I purchased all 3 of our rings here. The quality is amazing! He shopped around at numerous places here in the cities and was happiest with their prices and diamond selection. They also have fabulous customer service. I have never been disappointed. They don’t make you come in every six months or every year to have their life time warranty guaranteed. They also do free cleanings, sizing, engraving and will re-dip and repolish your rings. I can’t say enough about how great this place is. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.
