7-Eleven

I was a regular Customer of this 7 – 11 until 01/​09/​2016 @8:02 Everymorning right at 8am I would stop and get a Muffin and coffee for 2 bucks It was a great deal .Well on this morning I went in and Dakota the store Manager was asked by me were all the Muffins and he replied well know there doing a brownie and a coffee for $ 2.50 what a rip off I thought to my self and I ask Dakota The unit manager if the store was still doing the coffee and a muffin foe 2. Dollars since the SIGN advertising this special was still up in the store. Dakota replied that the current gimmick was coffee and a brownie for$ 2 .50 .Dakota was not trained in CUSTUMER CARE .With the sign still up advertising the 2 dollar special might of been a over sight But as a custumer I see the sign and I expect the store to honor there advertisement .No I was told they were NOT honoring there advertisement because it was a oversight that it was still up .The store Manager was very smug and a very negative personality .I would not Recommend this unit to any one .I contacted there custumer care center I have a case # 65 160 109 143 619 I ask for a return phone call and today is the 12^th no return phone call so great Custumer Care NOT

this place used to be a lot cleaner and more organized, now it seems crammed and dirty. everything around it seems to be closing also, plus there are a couple more gas stations in the area…
