Eric is awesome. I have had him back for three different jobs and will continue to use him for work around my home. He is very diligent and honest. He always replies immediately for me and often comes out the same day. He fixed up my bathroom (including installing toilet and sink) which had been gutted from a flood, fixed a leaking sink in my guest bathroom and replaced my disposal in my kitchen. Highly recommend!

Honest and professional, scrupulously detailed in his work be it stone or Sheetrock! This guy can fix anything!

I don’t like writing poor reviews because I like to believe everyone is doing their best, but, like Deborah P, I found Eric’s communication to be a bit lacking.
I called him on a Monday to get a quote for some work in our kitchen. He let me know he was on a trip and driving back into town. I sent him an email the same day regarding the work, and he said he’d take a look and let me know when he could come to give me a quote, either that Friday or Saturday. He got back to me on Wednesday and let me know I forgot to attach the photos, so once he alerted me to that, I sent them over 30 minutes later. I never heard back from him.
I called and emailed and never got a time for him to come over so I told him (on Friday afternoon) I was canceling. I have better things to do than wait around for someone to decide if they’re going to come give me a quote or not.
If he’s as good as the other people say he is, I’m glad for them, and hopefully he’ll improve his ability to communicate with potential clients in the future.

same day update — I find it interesting that Eric can take the time to almost immediately respond to my Unilocal review below yet couldn’t respond to multiple text and voices messages.

Was initially very impressed with Eric. After having 2 other repair services not show up for appointments, I called him, and he came out within 2 hours. He was nice and seemed professional. We talked about a number of different projects we wanted to complete on our home. He provided us a great quote. I immediately approved it. He said he was going on vacation for 10 days but would get to this when he returned.
That was March 18^th. 3 and a half weeks later, there is still a gaping hole in our entry foyer ceiling. I have repeatedly tried texting and calling him to no avail. I’ve asked him to just let me know if it’s too small a job so we can just all move along. On April 6^th, he left a message on my phone for «James,» apparently another client with a dryer issue??? Finally, he said he could make time on Wednesday the 8^th. I said fine. He never responded with a time or confirmation. At 12:33pm on Wednesday when I was at a work meeting, he left me a message attempting to confirm our appointment for that afternoon. That would’ve been great had we actually made an appointment. Since then he’s MIA. Not returning phone calls. Not responding to text messages. I have kept record of all our communication.
I love to support local small business so this is a huge disappointment. But I guess it’s a great sign that he’s got so much business that he can blow off prospective clients and referrals.

I called Eric because our business was in dire need of plumbing help. He quickly gave me an accurate quote and came by, as promised, the very next day to fix our issues. Everything is now working very well! I gladly recommend Eric and Everyday Solutions

Moved into my first home to realize a pipe had busted in my kitchen wall. It was Sunday morning and luckily I found Eric on Unilocal!Called him up and he was over to the house within 45min. Very personable, honest, and a great deal! Not only did he fix my broken pipe but he also recommended more cost efficient options for a new water heater on a remodel I am doing. Thanks Eric!

Called Eric on a Sunday morning about frozen water pipes in the house after we had been out of town for a week. He was able to come right out and inspect the situation. Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, quick, and reasonably priced. He was able to thaw the pipes out, get the water going, and even though none of the pipes had burst, he brought tools and materials to fix them incase they had. Great service, definitely recommend Everyday Solutions for any household needs!
