Sadly they are closing on October 11th of this year as this has always been a fun activity to do. Beautiful scenery at the top of the hill, and a fun ride down.

This is SO MUCH FUN! I couldn’t believe how awesome this little ride was. The lift up was a beautiful ride, and the slide down went longer then I was expecting. My only regret is that I didn’t go two times. So go two times, at least! :)

This slide is so much fun! My friends and I spontaneously decided to drive to Golden today to check this place out. We’d all driven past Heritage Square before but none of us had ever actually stopped to see what it was like. The slide itself is toward the back of the park– it’s not very well marked but still easy to find. You have to purchase your tickets and then you can ride the 2 person chairlift up the hill. Once you reach the top, you grab a sled and make your way to the slide. The slide down is tons of fun, we couldn’t stop laughing! Plus, you get a beautiful view of Denver. At $ 8 a ride (or $ 23 for 3), the price is a little steep, but I would love to come back here again regardless!

We had a great time. Alpine slide rocks. Go in the evening so you can see tdowntown Denver lit up.
