I lost my keys to my storage unit, and with already all the extra expenses in December :(.Thought, «there goes my Christmas tree!!»

If Unilocal have option can give you a negative feedback, I will. come late for 3 hours after I call and been so rude. You deserve to earn nothing, not even one cent, b/​c you treat costumer with no respect.
reason: 1. you come late 3 hours 2. you can’t open the door without destroy it 3 ask $ 300 for a new lock 3. ask for «show up» fee b/​c I don’t want you service 4. threaten me and abuse me
