The clothes here are very cute and affordable, soI love coming in here with friends and shopping. I’m always able to find something here when I need a quick outfit for a party, special occasion, etc. I think the overarching theme of all of the Unilocal reviews is poor customer service. The girls who work here aren’t the friendliest, but they do always help me out when I need something. Overall a good place to shop.

The worst customer service ever. Even the Angl in Paseo Nuevo has crappy service. Both stores were filled with employees chatting with each other, ignoring customers, not greeting them, and never once checking on customers in the dressing rooms. I have gone multiple times because the clothes can be cute sometimes and every time I have the same experience with really poor customer service.

This location is way better then the downtown one. The girls are usually friendly but always look annoyed, not surprisingly, when you try on too much stuff. The quality of clothes isn’t great but you can find some cool stuff if you search around. I’d rather go to state street but when I’m in the mood a quick shopping trip I don’t mind coming here.

I LOVE this place… was in the area from out of town & was freezing! It was springtime & it was pretty windy but didn’t bring a sweater of any kind. So me & a gf popped in to get sweaters or something warm to cover up a bit for our State street wine stroll. Found the cutest long sleeve zip up with a hood and have gotten compliment on it left & right. It has a cute hummingbird on the front with angels wings on the back…& looks worn in. Cute! It has a boutique like feel & has really cute things you won’t find anywhere else. I wish they had some up north? SJ Maybe… pretty please. =)

The attitude of the employees is as if this internal employee memo was sent out: The customer is the enemy — avoid eye contact, do not greet or speak to a customer,(that only encourages them), do all you can to get the customer to leave the store. Should a stupid customer have the audacity to contront you with a question, do not make eye contact, answer with a curt one word if possible — you may also pretend you don’t hear the customer and walk away, looking at the floor so as to avoid eye contact, remember, the enemy is to be made to feel uncomfortable and hopefully will leave if you follow these instructions. Straightening clothes that don’t need straightening is more important than the customer. Always remember — the customer is the enemy, we do not want them bothering us in our store — should a customer ask questions that require more than a one word answer, be as rude as possible, again never look at a customer — glance the other way so as to make it seem you have more important things on your mind than consorting with the enemy. With this attitude enforced, hopefully one day we will not have any customers to bother us.

This is my favorite Angl store of all the Angl stores =D The selection is huge, and the clothes are super cute. The prices have definitely gone up since I was first introduced to the store, but I still don’t mind it because some of my cutest clothing pieces have come from this store. The sales girls here at definitely not the nicest. They are the type of girls who looks dissatisfied whenever their customers interrupt them from their conversation/bitch out sessions with their coworkers. Their eyes tell you that you are inconvenient to them. With that said, I kinda love this store. haha
