What more can I say other than ‘Wow’. Elani has never let me down. I’ve alwas wanted a stylist who knew what was right for me but respected what iw as asking. Elanis is the one! For the past 8 years I’ve been in SB I’v never been able to find someone who understood my hair, was compassionate, knowledgeable, and had such a positive outlook on life! Her ‘We can fix it’ ‘can do’ attitude is refreshing and comforting. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Unfortunately I do not remember my stylists name. But she was new to the salon.
I feel bad in saying all this because my stylist was very sweet and kind. But unfortunately her work isn’t ideal. I had to keep explaining what I had wanted and asking her to cut off more and more and more. She was not able to end with the desired results (even after 5 hours in the chair). I don’t know if she was just afraid to cut my hair or what the issue was. We also added some some blonde pieces to my hair that were placed very badly and didn’t turn out anything like I had asked and showed pictures of. Even though I had asked her to straiten my hair she curled it and when I got home and straitened it I noticed my hair was all different lengths in different places and not even what’s so ever and very bulky. I’m sure the great reviews are on here for a reason. I just wanted to inform any newbies so if you decide to go in to ask for the stylist who have been there for awhile and not anybody new so you don’t have this problem.

As a student living in this expensive town I try to get a good deal where I can so I saw that this salon offered a groupon deal and once I saw the amazing Unilocal reviews I was sold. Angie is the only hairstylist there that redeems these groupons so I made an appointment with her. I asked for a 1 inch off the length and layers for volume. I got an OK hair cut. She went very fast and seemed bored. I got a blunt haircut with no layers and a freehand blowdry with a very quick straightening job.

Red is the absolute best! My blonde hair has started to get darker over the years since I’ve started working in a dreary office and I wanted it back to my original light color without looking fake. It looks amazing and sunkissed, not to mention looks and feels so soft. I’ve gotten so many compliments. Red is extremely knowledgable about everything hair and makeup and will get you in and out in record time. Incredible value and exceptional quality.

RED!!! She is the best color and cut I’ve had. I had multiple blondes before seeing her and she got me completely even!!! Great customer service and awesome company. I feel completely attended to and she has made me feel extremely comfortable and important. I would recommend anyone to her. My mom started going to her when she’d come visit me, now she commutes 2 hours here just to see Red!!! Thanks Red! Our favorite!

Cady is seriously the best! I haven’t seen a hairstylist for the last 3 years after getting the worst haircut. Cady gave me the best advice and I am always worried about damaging my hair after previous bad colorings/​treatments but she cut my hair perfectly! Accommodated to my nappy hair texture when she did the color treatment and this is the first time I have ever felt so great about a hair color! She made sure the dye was even without damaging my hair and gave me honest advice even if it means limited treatment. She is a great stylist! Genuinely wants you to leave with nice hair and has extremely fair pricing. Highly recommended! I let her chop off 4 inches and couldn’t be happier.

My daughter had an outstanding experience at E Salon. Cady listened carefully to her needs and gave her such a great cut and color/​highlights that a month later she still looks fabulous.
The salon itself is very peaceful. Situated in a strip mall in Goleta the parking is free and plentiful.
We found E Salon via Unilocal and found everyone to be warm and welcoming, and the pricing very fair.
We both highly recommend!

OKay, so I have been looking for a good salon and stylist for a while now. I am new to SB and haven’t been to many places yet but I’m glad I came here! I found good reviews on Unilocal and really needed to get a haircut. I call in yesterday and they fit me in this morning. I needed a time when they were sure men wouldn’t be in the salon, as I cover my hair. They were very careful about my needs, more so than any other salon I have ever been to!
My stylist was Christie and she is the sweetest yet most talented and educated stylist I have met. Granted she is young, and still a bit new to the profession, but man she is good! you can ask her any question on any hair related topic and she could answer you, give you recommendations and also explain why. You could tell that she is passionate about her job.
BTW, she gives an AMAZING head massage in the beginning while wetting your hair and shampooing… its so relaxing. As a mom of two i needed that moment of heaven.
It is a small place, you wouldn’t have expected this level of service, and it takes you by surprise, especially the level of expertise and the affordability.

Eleni is the most amazing hair stylist you could ask for! Not only can you talk to her forever because she is just fabulous but she has ALL the tricks to any hair cut you ever imagined you could have she makes YOUR vision come to life I HIGHLY recommend her you will never be disappointed love love love her

Eleni is amazing! I always get complements on my hair. I’ve tried a couple of other places for my highlights and haircuts because sometimes she’s so booked I can’t get an appt at the last minute and I’m always disappointed. She did my hair for my wedding and I usually hate pictures of me but she made me look so beautiful that I have never been so proud. Thank you Eleni! You’re the best!

I followed Eleni for years until she opened her own salon. After glowing reviews, most of my friends started using Eleni. I was still driving over a half an hour when she opened her own salon, but it was well worth it. Best hair cut and color I have ever received. I’m now living on the east coast, and if plane fare, time difference, etc didn’t make it formidable, I would still be seeing Eleni! Miss You!

i love this place!!! eleni is a absolute sweetheart and really knows what is going to look good on you! i went for my supersave package and i tried out day 2 with her with the 8 accent highlights and i was a bit scared at first, i don’t do much to my hair, but she was working her magic and was skeptical at first because it was too light the pieces were too thin but when she blow dried and styled my hair i fell in love with my hair and she added toner and leave in conditioner and did all this extra stuff for free she is awesome! i want to go back and get more highlights! oh and she always has candy and chocolate out for people to have so thats definatly a plus if you have a sweet tooth like me!

Eleni is a true artist and perfectionist and is absolutely dedicated to providing superior results. She’s been my stylist for over two years now and I’m always thrilled with the results, not only does she give the best cuts but she also dispenses a lot of very helpful advice on hair maintenance and how to style a new do. Highly recommend!

E-​Salon is fabulous! And Eleni is fabulous at makeup! She has done my hair and makeup for two of my photoshoots, and I can say she did amazing work! She really took the time to make sure I had no flaws, that my makeup was camera friendly, and flattering! She was very aware of what I self concious of & went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!
