Horrible customer service all the way around sold my wife blinds that wouldn’t fit in our house that were huge gigantic way too big I come home I have to bring them back I drive 20 miles to bring them back and because I forgot my ID but I have the credit card that was that they were paid for and the receipt they still will not refund my money I was with a toddler and I had to drive 20 miles back to my house to pick up an ID and drive 20 miles back which should’ve took in a 20 minute errand turned into an hour and a half thanks guys I would say the customer support is horrible do not support Orchard supply that’s why I had to remind myself why I shop at locally owned hardware stores support local or it will bite you in the ass.

Apparently under new management??? Customer service is now 10x better, and I LOVE going there for home & garden supplies! Sales reps on the floor bend over backwards to help you locate items right away, or to help you figure out what you need to begin with. There seems to be someone always close at hand when you need help, too. This is a refreshing change from Home Depot, where you practically need to send out a search party to find a sales rep, and a shuttle to get from one end of the store to the other. I won’t go anywhere else but Orchard on that end of town.

Love the remodel. (Hey, if you are going to push home improvement décor matters). A solid inventory and staff to help for hardware needs and happy atmosphere.
The garden section is white bread… but sometimes you have to make a sandwich in a hurry. Parking and check-​out is reasonable and it helps to have other stores withing walking distance when pounding out errands.

I have not had a good experience here… ever. I have come here 15 – 20 times over the last few years and I rarely leave with anything! bad selection, very few staff members, the employes that are here are clueless. I’ll drive the extra two miles to home depot. Thanks!

I bought patio furniture for my DH for Christmas. It was scheduled to be delivered and set up while we where on vacation. On our way home my neighbor informed me that it wasn’t set up and my surprise would be spoiled. Went into OSH today and they gave me the new clearance price as an apology and refunded me $ 300.00!
I love their outdoor décor and will shop there more often. Thanks Henry!

Their selection and prices are very good. However the service is pretty bad. The last few times I’ve gone there, multiple employees have acted like I am annoying them. I’m sorry I don’t know where the vinyl tubing is (Not really though). Then I had to wait 10 + minutes for them to cut me a piece. I’ve heard more then one employee complain about their job right at the customer service desk. Ill probably try to stick to Home Depot.

Why do I spend only about $ 50 a month at Osh, compared to a couple of thousand dollars a month at Home Depot? It’s the pricing. For example, Terro Ant Baits at Home Depot are $ 5.67. Osh price for exact same item is $ 7.99. So at prices 41% higher than Home Depot, it can be worth avoiding Osh.

Love this place– every time I’m there I find exactly what I need. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful, all of my plants are thriving! Beats Home Depot every time!

Orchard is a bit like a smaller-​scale Home Depot but with more outdoor furniture and less lumber.
Selection is good and the experience better than Home Depot, with easier parking and friendlier service.
I would go here for pool furniture, lawn chairs, cushions, and the occasional plant sale, etc…

My favorite hardware store in the area. I love their large selection of nuts, bolts, and all that little hardware stuff that is so hard to find. For those everyday items they have most everything I have ever needed. But my favorite is their garden section. The people in the garden section have always been helpful and if you ask the headguy he can even special order anything you need.
Thanks so much for making my hardware needs so easy and my gardening life such a joy.

Customer Service is so-​so but you can get in and out quickly if you know what you’re doing. Their prices are higher than home depot, but they’re selection of little random things and crafty items is far superior. Nice to have one so well located in goleta.
