Great experience! Joe and Brian helped us purchase a new iPad and accessories. They are both very knowledgable and helpful! Much better than dealing with Apple store and other stores carrying their products.

This is the best Radio Shack I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot of’em from coast to coast). The manager is the nicest person and is extraordinarily helpful. When I’ve dealt with him, I honestly feel like he’s trying to help me out and not there to make a sale. He is not the pushy salesman type you see in a lot of Radio Shack stores.
I read in the news that Radio Shack is looking at closing 20% of their stores across the USA. I sincerely hope this one is not one of them.

The best Radio Shack ever!!! I have never been a fan of Radio Shacks but I had to stop in to get an addapter for my phone. The manager Bob was super helpful and knowledgable. The store had a great selection of other things too. I ended up going back and buying a Sirius radio and have now made it my store of choice. Bob is almost always there and always willing to help!

I don’t get how these chains are even staying in business when items are easier to find and cost way less online, especially on Amazon. I hate this store, it has terrible products, cheap, and the employees are always aimlessly wandering.
