Ismael at the Goleta store has earned the positive reviews on Unilocal.Note too, that he is currently the ‘only’ c/​s rep at this retail location who has been reviewed. His customer service skills are stellar, he listens, he’s educated about his product and services, and he’s patient. He worked through a snarly mess I had with several plans that weren’t optimum for me, helped me get the upgrade I wanted (that no one online or phone could). Call for an appt with him or take your chances as a walk-​in, he’s worth the wait.
