My phone stopped functioning properly so I went to Sprint today to see what they could do to help me get a new phone for the lowest price possible. I expected to be waiting in line, to be annoyed, having to pay a huge fee, or having to wait several days to receive a new phone. But my initial expectations were very wrong! Tony, Anthony, and Alex provided me with best customer service experience. They thoroughly explained all of my options and gave me advice of which option was the ideal for saving money and that will keep the amount I usually pay each month for my bill around the same. I asked a lot of questions, and they were patient with me by happily guiding me through my options and setting up my new phone. They even gave me a free battery pack(worth about $ 70), which is a device that can charge your phone on-the-go! It seemed as if Tony, Anthony, and Alex were just as excited as I was about my new iPhone! I’ve never encountered Sprint associates that gave as honest of advice, and that were as knowledgable about the products as Tony, Anthony, and Alex are. I left the store in a great mood with my fully backed-up phone. I am very happy with the customer service I received. I am definitely looking forward to coming back in the store to buy more phone accessories and get a new phone upgrade. Ask for them!

One star only because I can’t give zero: Warning to my friends and Family. DONOT fall for the«cut your bill in half with Sprint» Complete BULLSHIT. First of all nothing is cut in half but what you pay for data. What a total nightmare, the Service is horrendous, The Sprint Company logo should be the rotating circle on the iphone because that is all I see when it is looking for service(Which is just about always) the customer service is actually worse than the service. I have had nothing but problems from day one and now I am trying to cancel(Within my 28 day grace period) and they are telling me that the two phones that I tuned in(A new Apple6 and an Apple5 are gone, I can not get them back and they are not giving me any money for them but they want all of their equipment back??? WTF!!! I don’t usually use social media for negative purposes but this is ridiculous… Verizon is more expensive for a reason. As my wife tells me often; «You get what you pay for» In this case(And in pretty much every case) she is 100% TRUE #ihatesprint #fucksprint #sprint #imissverizon #sprintlies #sprintsucks

Saving $ 100 per month with my transfer to Sprint made me very happy, and I didn’t expect working with representative Victor in the Storke Road office would make me equally happy. As a senior citizen, I was shown so much patience. Victor was professional, knowledgeable, personable and did everything possible to ensure I didn’t leave without a full appreciation of the workings of my IPHONE6s. What could have been a «tech» nightmare for me, turned out to be a pleasant experience.

The Reps were very nice! they helped me with all my questions. The manager was very nice and polite. Well put together team. They went out of there way to make sure i left the store happy. Not only me, but my wife too. Well put together team, honest and very family oriented to serving your needs. I was very impressed how clean it was how fast they got to me. Three customers lined up and they serviced me fast. Thank you sprint! You guys make me want to continue coming back just to chat.

Nothing short of a nightmare experience. There is only one actually-helpful employee at this store. Thanks Sean, for ensuring that I did not completely feel the need to just scream at the incompetency of your co-worker(s). Not once, but twice, two days in a row, my time was wasted by someone who clearly did not deserve to be in the position to help a customer. If this store can’t do anything, including sell a device that is INSTOCK and nobody else wants anyway because there are newer ones, why does it exist? Oh, yes, to harp on about changing your plan even though you have made it explicitly clear you do not need to do that at this time. I regularly get disappointed at Sprint’s spotty service no matter where I go(I’m bound by a contract currently), but this store gave me the opportunity to be thoroughly disappointed by the in-person service as well.
