I went here on a Santa Barbara Axxess Daily Deal for $ 34 turns out they usually charge $ 34 saying it’s a deal when the regular is $ 69(but everyone gets the deal so it isn’t really a deal) $ 34 is still pretty cheap for a 1 hour massage. The massage therapist was constantly cracking his knuckles and even stopped for a snack. The receptionist made phone calls while I was there and since it is all one room it wasn’t great.

After discovering«Points of Success» 50% off on a Living Social ad, I was ecstatic to give it a try; however, I had a very poor experience that left much to be desired(even though the hour long massage was on $ 39). Neutral: The location is in a business apartment complex, and the room is very small. The unfortunate part is that instead of reserving the small room a private massage event, they partition it for two massages at once. The colors are gray and bleak. Cons: They greased and lubed me up like a baking pan. I had to go immediately home an shower(but I had a 7 mile bike ride before I reached the shower. Bummer, hahaha). Pros: The massage was alright. I would have been very disheartened if I had paid full price. If you decide to try(which I clearly do not recommend), I hope you have better luck. Best Wishes.

I also bought through living social and lets just say I will not be back. So unprofessional and unrelaxing. The massage room is blocked off by a wall divider. Half way through my massage the owner came in and listenened to her phone messages on speaker and then returned calls– all of which I could hear while I was getting a massage! So rude! Not worth the deal!

I used my living social coupon to receive a massage here. the facilities were not professional. there was not a private room for the massage but an open space with a partition. also, there was no top sheet to lie under; just a small bath towel. the face cradle was not comfortable. the massage was ok and the therapist was able to use deep pressure however i was not comfortable when the therapist got on the table and straddled herself over my back in order to massage my back. i would not go back.

I opted for a one hour swedish massage which would typically be $ 69 but was $ 34 through a Living Social deal. I also had the option of doing an acupressure or a deep tissue massage for the same price. I scheduled my appointment via email for a Saturday afternoon and received a friendly response quickly. Two weeks later, when I arrived for my appointment, I was surprised to find no one was inside the Points of Success office. I called one of their listed business lines and got into contact with Yan, who rushed over in a few minutes. It turned out my appointment was scheduled for a different Saturday due to an administrative error. She was extremely professional and apologetic. The massage was amazing. I was so relaxed I felt like I was going to start drooling through the face-hole in the massage bed. Ten minutes into the massage, my mind was made up to tip at least 30%. As I was getting ready to pay, she said the massage was on the house since she was late for the appointment. I would have felt like a criminal if I took advantage of her extreme generosity. She eventually let me pay, but only if I took back half the tip I offered. I am very perplexed by her business model(free things? giving back tip??) but I loved the mom and pop feel. It is a little odd to get a massage in a business park and the décor isn’t the greatest. However, neither of these factors really mattered since Yan transported me into a meadow full of napping puppies. p. s. There’s a very convincing sign in their window display that shows all the MANY benefits of foot massages, so I’m definitely going to need to sign up for one soon, especially since a 60 minute foot massage is only $ 20.

OK, I saw this deal at . I called for an appointment, no sweat. When I got there during supposedly their office hours, they were closed. Maybe they don’t have any appointments that time, which is fine. The place is within the business/office area, a unit, and not design for relaxing massage, not even a design for it. Divided only by curtain between two massage tables. You can see the front door, it is obvious that when you are undressing someone might see you if they walk in front of the door. During the massage, Yen keeps on closing and opening the front and only door, trying to minimize the noise she is making. How can you relax in this place, the phone will ring like crazy, at least 15 times while I am having my massage there. You can hear Yen answering calls and trying to call somebody. It is too bright even they put a cover over your eyes. They speak chinese in front of you, for sure they are talking about you, no doubt. No privacy at all… not serene place… and they have posted something on the wall about how you would tip the masseuse, fine if its worth it. The massage was fine, nothing fancy about it. Not great also. just good pressure, fair to be nice. I will not go back to this place at all.
