Best starbucks I’ve seen! Clean, friendly, what more can you ask for?

It’s exactly like every other Starbucks everywhere, except it has the additional excitement of having about half of their electrical outlets in the store, distributed randomly, just not work at all. There’s no indication of which outlets work and which ones don’t, and the employees have no fucking clue, so if you don’t happen to be paying attention to which power icon appears in your taskbar, your computer may just suddenly shut down, losing all the work you’ve done since you last saved. If they’re too cheap to get their outlets fixed, they COULD spend three buck on this [ ], and then cover the non-working outlets, so that there’s a reminder for customers that some don’t work, plus an indication of which is which, but that would, like, require that someone test all the outlets, which would, like, be work, so they don’t do it. How much do you value that forty-five minutes of work you just lost because they’re too fucking lazy to get their outlets fixed? I figure that five bucks plus a loss of almost an hour of work on my dissertation bumps the price to $$$$, hence my survey question answer. Oh, and don’t think they’ll pull one of the five or six people chatting with their coworkers and ignoring the customers behind the counter onto the second register just because the line’s out the door.

Very disappointed in this Starbucks. Ive been going here for years and as of recent it’s been such a terrible experience every single time. As a Starbucks partner I pride myself in the quality of the drinks made and the efficient time but clearly they don’t understand that. They are too caught up in side conversations and are just terribly slow that they do everything so carelessly. I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but it’s just terrible.

They never get my goddamn order right! How hard is it to make an iced coffee with no ice! Come on Starbucks wake up and make my order right, also this Starbucks usually has a long line of people waiting to order that reaches all the way to the door. This Starbucks is usually very crowded and 8 times out of 10 my drink order will be wrong. My girlfriend tells me she doesn’t want to go to this one because they always make her drink wrong. Shame on you Starbucks staff please start putting more effort into your job and make what the customer is paying for.

Great service even when it’s crowded! I use the app and order online and it’s always ready within 5 minutes of ordering! Easy to order before I leave my house and ready when I get there.

9:30 am Monday. Both condiment counters and the floor were a mess. Floor doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since yesterday. Expect more from Starbucks. Mentioned to one employee

Very busy store in the morning. 6 team members very busy serving orders. Bathroom was out of order which was an inconvenience. Lot of people waiting for orders. Batista yelling people’s names and orders. Even using the preorder app… Had to wait a long time for drink.

Lines were long and it took a long time to get two ice teas. One ice tea came and the other too another 5 mins.

Two stars primarily for the rude service from this weird hippie guy. This isn’t high school jeezus. Show some respect when doing your job. Also extra caramel doesn’t mean I want to sip globs of caramel.

We love this Starbucks and come here every Saturday morning. However the recent renovation has replaced the comfy chairs we loved with tall rickety tables. The only way we’ll be able to continue coming here is if we can get a shaded table outside. Too bad – we loved this place. I didn’t see any other regulars there yesterday. Fortunately food and service is still good.

This starbucks messes up drink orders frequently. Oftentimes the taste is off for hot drinks. Also, they have been terrible at following through with mobile orders every time thus far. Once I heard an employee say, «We have mobile ordering?» Get with it. Today I ordered a frap through through the app and it arrived 19 minutes late!

Great coffee, great employees, and a great study atmosphere causes this starbucks to top my list of the best starbucks to study at. They always nail my drink order, and always do it with a smile on their faces and delightful conversation. Although sometimes a little crowded, I always find myself coming back for more.

It pains me to write this review but time and time again I’ve been burned by nasty drinks at this location. Where’s the consistency? The interior is beautiful, I used to love coming to this location when I worked in the Camino Real Marketplace. Every morning I was greeted and they knew my drink. Now they don’t, that’s understandable. My drink is a white mocha, hardly a difficult one. Why doesn’t it ever taste like it is supposed to?

Very nice, very kind. Drinks are always way above standard and the employees are super nice. I will sometimes go in there with my girlfriends and the employees joke around with us a bit, which improves my experience by a lot. Over all the experience is great!

This location has a nice ambience and I love the interior. The long table has electric outlets so it seems like a great place to settle with your laptop for a few hours. I had a free reward and I usually try new drinks with my rewards. The baristas were friendly and nice when I asked them questions about the new menu. Sadly, there is one crazy, judgmental barista girl here. She never asked me if I wanted my drink hot or cold and started writing on a hot cup. When I said I wanted my drink cold she snapped at me and said, «Don’t you care about the environment?!» I laughed at her face because she was too crazy for me to deal with on my post-finals recovery day. If you’re reading this crazy barista girl, I really do care about the environment. When I plan on going out for coffee, I usually take one of my many Starbucks tumblers and get my awesome 10 cent cup discount. So listen to the whole order before your mouth gets you fired.

I really like the current staff at this Starbucks. They are super friendly and get my order right every single time(seemingly not a difficult feat but other Starbizzles have failed). The food keeps changing which is good because I like to try new breakfast offerings. The only complaint I have is that this location is so popular that if you are in hurry this can be frustrating. Farmers market and showings of popular movies next door seem to inflate the lines even more.

Starbucks: Fast-food coffee :) I like their artisan breakfast sandwiches. The chai is too peppery for me. If anything, I like the seasonal drinks, an iced caramel macchiato, white mocha, or an iced passion tea. The staff are always pleasant, even though they’ve gotten my order wrong on a few occasions…

One of the noisiest, busiest, yet — most fun and interesting Starbucks EVER created. It’s a biggie, too. It’s quite large inside, large outside with seating, and a large behind-the-counter area for the staff. The Barista and staff have to yell orders and jokes back and forth to the cashiers(and it’s constant!). The busier it is, the louder it gets. All of it adds to the noise-level, and it significantly increases in volume. The savior to all of this? The service is outstanding! As a customer, all of the above is a two-edged sword: making it fun but a little difficult to concentrate. On the other hand, if you like distractions… it’s a good choice: student body left, and student body right. UCSB is close-by. My one beef? The floor is huge, and it has some seating but could have more.

This particular Starbucks is a bit hidden and hard to find if your not familiar with the area. Theres a lot of traffic that comes through this plaza, because of the Starbucks. This entire plaza is newly built and I’m glad they decided to put in a Starbucks. This Starbucks, might just have the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. I came in yesterday and today and both visits were awesome! The cashiers were super friendly and warm. The baristas made drinks the way I asked and served them up quickly. What more can you ask for? I’m thrilled and excited to deal with people who seem to genuinely want to serve their customers. It’s great and I’ll be making my way back tomorrow! Keep up the good work guys!!!

The Starbucks at Camino is like a home to me. I worked at the theater next door during high school and it was always a go to spot. It’s always packed during study hours because of UCSB students. However, the baristas were always quick to make your drink. The iced caramel macchiato is the perfect balance for a drink that’s refreshing but also gives you energy for the day(shot of espresso). Starbucks may not have the highest quality coffee, but it’s always consistent!
