I switched over to using Bryant Properties approximately 4+ years ago after being totally dissatisfied with my former property management company. That decision was the best move!!! I have been nothing but 100% satisfied with their service and especially the fact that they keep in good communication with me whether returning my calls or responding to my emails. They are also very pleasant and very nice people to deal with. Being that I’m in California and my home is in Tennessee, they put me at ease knowing my property is being well taken care of. They are also very good at immediately getting new tenants. I would highly recommend all the services they offer. Like me, you will be happy you did.
