Rochelle has been exclusively in charge of keeping my eyebrow game on point for over three years. Knowing the exceptional service that she’s spoiled me with since– there is no way anyone else will ever touch my brows! Rochelle is bubbly, personable, remembers our conversations and follows up, all while providing the best brow service I have ever had. I’ve been a Benefit Brow girl since at least 2008– since then, Rochelle has been my absolute favorite Benefit Brow Expert. She’s always happy to retouch my makeup before I go back to work; offers to try out new products with me; and is excited to teach me new makeup techniques and tips. I only hesitate to recommend her because once you realize how fantastic she is, I might have a difficult time booking an appointment! Do your poor brows a favor and let Rochelle whip them into shape!

Rochelle is the BEST i wont let anyone else touch my eyebrows she trims waxes shapes and fills them! She makes sure that you know how to get the perfect brow every time ! I have been going to rochelle for a little over a year and she has yet to disappoint make sure to CALL to set up an appointment because she stays booked !!

Had one of the ‘high level’ salon persons give me highlights/​lowlights. This was done totally blotched. Most strands of hair had a partial highlight, and the bottom half was the color before the highlight. What a mess, and cost me $ 100. Very disappointed.

The lady that usually does our eyebrows moved on. We had a new lady. I had no expectations for her work outside of it’s the Ulta Brow Bar so she knows how to shape brows. Rachel was friendly to my daughter who by the way doesn’t really like strangers and made us laugh while we were getting our brows done. My daughter later told me that she likes Rachel (big win for Rachel). We will definitely return.
