It is payless. I was desperate to find inexpensive «fancy-​looking» shoes for my son who had a concert in school. We were greeted promptly, helped by the young girl in charge. We found what we were looking for un less than 5 minutes. Good service.

Located on the southwest corner of Litchfield & McDowell Rd… a few doors down from Ross and NEXT DOOR to Famous Footwear…
All I can say is, «WOW!» to the outstanding employee working there. Efficient, quick, and very friendly. What?
Ringing up other customers and checking on merchandise at another store was very impressive multi-​tasking at its best. The gal even gave me a coupon because they didn’t have the size/​color at this location. I didn’t know they do this.
Maybe Payless Shoesource has always been customer service friendly? Come to think of it, I’ve never had bad service at any that I’ve been to.
