Hardee’s Restaurant

Normally waiting time is horrible in the drive early and I have to leave 30 minutes early to get breakfast. Order certain things we like and its into the parking lot to wait long. Slow and certain people are rude! Boo Hoo!

I wish 0 stars was an option.
My husband is sick in the bathroom & I’m not… Here’s why…
* woman rudely greeted us in drive thru. We asked what shakes they had, as we didn’t see any.
* her reply: «the ones on the board.» (Wow. Really?)
* she gives us our total for our milkshake and cheese quesadilla with the UTMOST enthusiasm! (Sarcasm)
* she comes to window, opens it, & says SOOOO rudely: «do you want whipped cream or not?!» (I’m sorry… That was her first time asking… attitude NOT necessary)
* she then handed us our «milkshake» (chocolate milk with lumps)
* about 10 minutes later, we got our quesadilla (the whole time, we didn’t get updates)
*we threw quesadilla away bc it was DRIPPING grease to where we had to use all the napkins to create a grease plate… it soaked through that AND the bag. My husband asked me not to ask for a different shake or quesadilla bc by her attitude, he was certain she’d spit in it. He ate SOME of it… I ate none.
* I called & spoke to the mgr & told him all I just wrote about & that I’ve worked in customer service for years & that workers like that can drag successful businesses down, if not addressed. I told him I didn’t want anything free or comped, as I will never return, but what he could do for me is talk to her & tell her that even though she may have a lot going on in her own life, it is not okay to take it out on paying customers. He seemed to like the idea, but I wanted to put my experience here in case yet another ball is dropped.
* the girl wasn’t wearing a name tag, but seemed to have a long face & raised upper lip. I do not post this to ridicule or joke her looks, merely to alert those as to the culprit today. Picture of infamous quesadilla added to business page on this site.

When does fast food mean waiting 30 minutes in a drive thru? When you go to Hardees. It also means rude service, not getting any napkins or ranch sauce when you get chicken wings and an overall ridiculous experience. Stay away from this location at all costs!

This Hardee’s is right outside of the Naval Weapons Station in Goose Creek. They offer the same food as any other Hardee’s. The only thing I can really say about this location is that they forgot the little things, like when I paid $ 1 to support the troops, they forgot to give me a coupon sheet. I had to ask for it. They also forgot a couple of customer’s cups for soda. They had to ask as well.
