We usually have good luck with this location. They always get the order right. We’ve had some not so fresh food, when I showed the manager how gross my sandwich looked he was rude and denied me a fresh one. Otherwise I would give them another star. There are better burger kings around here.

Total waste of time and money. The staff clearly wanted to be somewhere other than there. This store should be closed or converted to vending machines. «Have it your way? », I think not.

I literally drove 12 mins to this establishment and got there at 10:58pm, just to have them turn the«we are closed for the evening» message on(while I watched a car wait on their food). On your corporate site, Google and front door you say you close at midnight. Really guys? Can you really afford to lose the business… taking my a$$ to sonics.

Drive through review. Order was quick, they were nice and efficient. I only know how to order off the dollar menu, and they were out of chicken sandwiches, so I ordered a promo item and they prepared it fresh. Slight wait, which is never fun in a drive thru. Others behind and in front of me were through very fast, so I’ll give them credit for that. Overall OK, but I wish they hadn’t locked the doors early or I could have slipped in and ordered without having to wait in my car.

I eat here about once a month. It’s just like any other Burger King. The service is ok if you need food close to base and quick it’s not a bad choice.

Last year I went there around 10:30 pm one night. Watched an employee pull a previously cooked patty out of a plastic overhead bin. There were several patties inside the bin. My burger was cold. Last night my wife wanted to go through the drive thru around 10:30. I warned her about my visit last year. Sure enough they pulled beef patties out of bins. The burgers were NOT at all freshly cooked and were room temperature. I assume they cleaned the grill already and don’t want to make it dirty. They must be instructed to do so, so that they don’t have to clean the grill at closing time. This must be general practice at this BK. Maybe even all BKs? The fries were also stale.

I wish I could give a ZERO rating. I came for nuggets, sweet potato fries, loaded tots, and a frozen coke. I pulled up to the drive-thru and got stopped at sweet potato fries. They don’t serve them. I said«OK, let me rethink the menu inside…» Once inside, the menu did not have loaded tots on it. Strike 2. I ordered just the nuggets and frozen coke. The reply I got was, «That Icee machine has not worked for two years.» By this point, I was unsure what to get, all(except one) of my cravings were unavailable. The cashier had her hands on her hips waiting impatiently on me, so I put my hand up as if to say, «let me figure this out…», and so she turned to announce to the kitchen, «He ain’t getting anything!» Really? I wasn’t? I just showed up to NOT order food?! Well, after that attitude, she GUARANTEED I wouldn’t be getting anything from there… EVER. So I left. Ugh.

Its official the King has made a pit stop in Goose Creek, South Carolina. This Burger King is one of the best I ever been to. Their burgers are the best in quality and their service is always extremely helpful. I have yet to have a bad experience here. This fast food joint has an extremely awful odor within their parking lot and that kind of keeps me away. The paper mill is rather close so it could be due to their location. Also they have a drive-thru that has exquisite customer service skills. I never had to wait too long for my food nor have I had to go inside with wrong orders. It is simply a Burger King. It is not bad but it is not great.
