Great costumer service with good hot pizza and establishment very clean

First they were 4 minutes late opening. Now I am normally not that petit, but this is the easiest of the whole experience. Once inside, no pizza was out and the manager(who was our waitrss) had the best RBF(resting bitch face) that I have seen in weeks. She sat us and then took our drink order(unsweetened tea for the wife). After a few minutes, she returned with a sweet tea and fled the scene quick. I then walked up and got another waitress to replace with unsweet. Then we waited(like fools) for 27 minutes for the first pizza to be brought out. As I approached the bar, I could see the second pizza coming out being carried by a man who was dressed nothing close to an employee. It then took about an hour to fill the buffet with pizza. By this time, there were people galore so it didnt last long. It was a get it and growl situation the rest of the visit with me having to bring thr wife’s cup to the front to be refilled and the waitress forgetting my request for a water refill. In the end, I watched the plain clothes pizza carrier pull off his shirt as he left thevroof prep area to reveal the common wife beater tank top(made me think OSHA). Our waitress then made a point to come by and ask if we needed anything as she placed the bill on the table but thanked us for coming in. In my top 5 of worst restaurant experiences!

Service is absolutely the worst!!! Waited over 20 minutes at the table for«the server» to come and take order but my husband had to go get someone to take the order and she stated that she would take the order but she wasn’t a server! Really??? Where is the manager!!! Last time for me!’ I haven’t been here in several years– now I remember why??! Good job Goose Creek Pizza Hut!

Horrible terrible service!!! Sat too long without being greeted. The server wasn’t even that busy. The lady just walked by multiple times without acknowledging us. The manager wasn’t any better! He was willing to throw the server under the bus, and offer me free food– we passed. I didn’t complain to get free food. I just wanted to make sure they were aware of the terrible service. And it started from the time we walked in. The lady that seated us had to hurry off to «look at her calendar.» What is going on with the staff here?! It’s a shame that they have pizza I actually wanted to eat, but I rather travel to another Pizza Hut than to deal with that again.

I like this one more than the rest, only had one bad experience when the pizza didn’t look to go with bubbles inside because the oven was too high. Other than that it’s a nice place, clean and good size.

Awful, awful, awful! Extremely greasy, over priced, incompetent employees that have messed up multiple orders. You can definitely pay less and up to the same price if you drive further away. Even when we are craving pizza and the good places are closed or too far, we don’t go here anymore.

1 star because of service. I came in with a party of 4. Sat for 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged us. I had to stand up and go look for a waitress. Also, my drink was never filled. I kept trying to wave a server down, but they are too busy living up to the reputation of typical«I deserve more» types. Sign of the times. Pizza Hut wake up!

the other reviews speak for themselves. this is by far the worst customer experience. I did not receive my order for an hour, and it wasn’t busy. so, i finally asked for a refund. everybody was disorganized and with no direction from management. Food is okay from previous visits, but customer service very bad. I could go on and on, but like I said I would be repeating the previous reviews. this is a 0 star.

Hmm, not sure why I continue to visit this location… maybe $ 1 beer during happy hour. Anyway, fairly slow evening. Takes a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me sitting at the bar, pretty standard for this location. Someone eventual asks if I’d like something to drink and a menu. Get my drink and order a large Buffalo Chicken pizza with bacon and green peppers, 30 mins later(remember it’s a slow night at least inside dining area) my pizza arrives and it’s opened so I can review before leaving. Servers opens and shuts it quickly, I reach out and open it again and ask if this was a Buffalo Chicken pizza? Server looks at it and says yes it is, and points to my bacon and green peppers. So I ask where’s the chicken? Server looks at it again, studies it… and eventually calls another server over who immediately conftirms it has no chicken. I don’t think they purposedly She apologizes and says they’ll get another one going. 15 mins later my pizza shows up as I ordered it. Pizza tasted great, usually does. My issue with this location is service, or lack of service. This particular night, in addition to my order being messed up… my drink was refilled with the exception of after my order came out wrong and I was forced to stay some additional time. And a manager or another employee off-duty was coming behind the bar, filling drinks for her boyfriend and family sitting in the dining area, guess she wasn’t getting very good service as well. She smiled at me once while I had an empty glass but didn’t bother to ask if I needed anything or not but she was off duty. I wish they delivered to my house but I’m outside their delivery range. I may have given up on this location… good news, there is another just around the corner in the Bi-Lo plaza. Hmm, wonder if I fair any better at that location?
