Pizza Hut

So dissapointed. I’m not one to totally just discontinue my service from somewhere due to a mistake because I understand that things happen. The two times before tonight, whenever our pizza arrives, it’s almost as if the driver was driving like a maniac, because our entire pizza ends up in one corner of the box and not ON the dough anymore. Tonight, the pizza arrived 25 minutes late, was cold, and had unwanted mushrooms on it. When I called to speak with a manager, she said that I could have the pizza redelivered, (another hour later), or a credit could be applied to my account for a later purchase. I don’t care to order from them again… That’s the problem.

This Pizza Hut location has consistently done a great job filling our orders. I am not going to say much about the food because we know what to expect already. i will say the location can be difficult to spot because there are trees blocking the sign much of the year.

Worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. Not only were they more than 1 hour late, they did not call us to inform us the driver was lost and could not find our address, but told us the phone number was incorrect. However, the email confirmation they sent had the correct phone number and address. And when we spoke to a manager, instead of helping the customer, he said that we were wrong, promised us a discount of our next order (which we never received) and kept sticking the blame to us. Worst customer service I have experienced. Then when the delivery driver finally did arrive (1 hour 10 minutes after the promised delivery time) he proceeded to place blame on the customer as well. He claimed the address was incorrect. As I stated earlier, it was correct on the email confirmation, and we have never had problems with them delivering to our house before.
If your delivery driver does not know how to navigate or use his/​her gps properly. DO NOT BLAME IT ON THE CUSTOMER.
I will never order from not just this Pizza Hut but from any Pizza Hut in the future because of this terrible service.
In my opinion they need a new manager.

Good place, wish it was bigger, always was good pizza and on time. Good service, would give it five star if it had a place to sit and eat other than that it’s great.

After finding out my favorite Philipino joint was closed we settled for pizza. Yes, I love Pizza Hut. Yes, I’ve had actual Italian pizza (lived in Italy for 3 years so I know great pizza) but every now and again I like to chow down on some regular old American pizza. I’ve picked up from here many times before and my stuff has always been good. Tonight the folks were so dang awesome! Makes me appreciate customer service once again. Great job folks! Love y’all!
