The worst customer service we have ever experienced. The store manager, Dawn, was extremely rude. She declined the coupon we had, and then decided that she didn’t want to honor the military discount that they openly offer. She continued to side eye us while we waited. & our food took forever. This is our first experience with this restaurant & I assure you that we won’t be back.

Great place to get your pizza. Take it home, heat it up and you’re ready to eat. Not skimpy on toppings. Business itself appeared clean but dated. Employees were friendly and courteous. Verified order before ringing it up. If you want to cook your pizza at home, I would recommend them for making it for you.

Great pizza at a great price. I love the ability to call in the order I want and cook it the way I like. Price is excellent value and they offer a military discounts even to retirees. The people are always very friendly.

Use to work at this location about 5 years ago. It has really gone down hill so I feel. The appearance is not well kept. Plastic hanging from light fixtures, lights burned out, and the cleanliness of some of the staff wasn’t well appealing. When I worked here he we could roll out a pizza in a min. I timed them it took 4 line workers 3−5mins for one pizza. They talked way to much to each other and goofed off when they have a few dozen pizzas to make. Its like they have no system or speed but slow! They dont even have any side items available on a friday! They gave out coupons for cookie dough yet have non to offer… Heck I am even writing this review as they make my pizza…

My husband and I are thrilled to have found Papa Murphy’s. They have am excellent selection of specialty pizzas or you can build your own to fit your tastes. We absolutely love the crust and all the sauce choices. The staff is friendly and the food excellent. The dessert pizza and cheesy bread too.

I’m iffy on the whole baking your own pizza concept but maybe it will grow on me. The price is much cheaper than other pizza joints(because you bake your own pizza), had I known that I probably would have ordered a large pizza instead of a medium. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and it was pretty tasty, my only regret is forgetting to order precooked bacon instead of Canadian bacon(but that was my bad not theirs). Overall the pizza was tasty, I enjoyed the sauce and the fact that they used chopped pineapples. I even picked up some of their cookie dough that they had right by the register, cooked them according to their directions, and they were very delicious! I definitely recommend that you try this place but make sure you are not starving as you have to wait for them to prepare the pizza and then go home and prepare your stove/wait while the pizza cooks. I will most likely try them again and expect the stars to go up.

This chain is new to the Charleston area as a whole and the Goose Creek location was the first to arrive, and all I can say is welcome and thank you! First and foremost this is a Take and Bake pizza chain and not a delivery pizza place. You go in and order your pizza and they make it right in front of you and wrap it up in plastic wrap for the trip home. They provide instructions on how to cook it at home and will even explain them if you are visiting for the first time. They have a good variety of pizzas and ingredients. Regular, De-Lite Thin Crust, and stuffed pizza with another crust on top of the ingredients. All the usual suspects in the ingredients department along with some less common ones like chicken, artichokes, white sauce, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, and feta cheese. The dough is fantastic and made with high-protien flour, a key items where most chains skip to save money. They also offer take and bake cookie dough and cheese bread that are equally fantastic. This makes dinner for a family especially easy since you can make a single stop on the way home from work and take home a complete meal to feed 4 – 6 people. Appetizer, entrée, and dessert in the oven and on the table in less than 25 minutes. We have had four different pizzas from them and have found each one to be of the utmost quality and value. Prices are a little higher than other chains but you are rewarded with far superior taste and quality. For a CHAIN pizza place, this is as good as gets! They are new to the area so there are coupons available everywhere and right now they are doing any pizza any size for $ 10, at that price there is absolutely no reason to order from anywhere else. All major credit/debit cards are accepted as well as SCEBT cards since the food is not prepared ahead of time.

My wife said our De-Lite Chicken, Artichoke, and Bacon pizza was some of the best pizza she’s ever had. While I agree it was pretty darn good, I can’t rate it with Cibo’s and Andolini’s. Chain wise though, yes, it’s the best I’ve ever had. Prices are a little much, average pizza is around $ 14, but you can get a large cheese for around $ 9, which is ok. They have something called stuffed pizza, which looks pretty good. The owner was there and was very nice, actually attempted to converse with the people while they were waiting. Glad we gave it a shot last night.
