Zero stars. I’m only writing this review for those desperate moments you find yourself looking up pizza places and realize you live in such a horrible place that dominos may be your only option for delivery. You will always regret it after sinking so low and commit to placing an order. My husband and I moved here for military reasons and this was the only option at the time for delivery to base. Every time we ordered(3 times) we got food poisoning, the order had something wrong with it, delivery took forever, you name it. The final time we ordered from this location resulted in a call to corporate and terminated employees. We only ordered because we were at a house party that had Dominos delivered and they barely got enough for everyone there and the carnivores ate all but 1 slice of the vegetarian option so my husband and I were starving when we got home. It was pouring outside and I did not want to go out and pick up, and as that one slice we shared tasted good for once we decided to order our own pizza. The order was made by phone, we asked for the popular 2fer deal they are known for and were assured that is what was available for current specials, placed our order and waited for delivery. The pizza was estimated 20 – 30 minutes, we did not get it until about 1 hour and 45 minutes later. The delivery driver had my husband sign a receipt with TRIPLE the quoted price and rushed off. The pizzas once opened had obviously been abused. We called and spoke to a manager who got verbally abusive and hostile. She hung up on us 4 times after cursing us out. I guess she ended up canceling our order for a refund and the driver came back to our house and threatened us! We called base police and our premises was watched the rest of the night. The next morning around 4 am my husband and I both woke up with intense food poisoning symptoms and spent the rest of our weekend very ill. We had to wait until Monday to call corporate to relay the incident. The district manager did call me to question me about the incident and was very nice. He even offered me a management position which I obviously declined. For our troubles we were sent 10 certificates for anything we wanted even though I kindly asked him not to. His niceness was not enough to ever get us to go back there or order from them, but we were able to give them out to some hungry folks who I hope received better service and food.
