Love this place, Leanne is really great! She’s very nice and I love that she shares her opinions about how my hair should be colored or cut (because I’m horrible at making hair decisions). I’ve been to Leanne 4 times for cut/​color and have always left satisfied!

I had a horrible experience where I spent so much money into getting a ombré! Came out with red highlights. Called to speak to a manager and left a message she never got back to me!

Until I moved to Boston, I had been seeing Sara for YEARS. Why? Because she’s the best. Whether it’s cut or color, she’s just amazing at what she does.
I first saw Sara when I was 23 and had long, boring hair. I was very nervous about seeing someone new and cutting off more than an inch of my hair. At the time, the angled bob was super popular thanks to our girl Victoria Beckham. Sara convinced me to try this style cut, but a little longer. I was so nervous during the cut, but after she was finished styling, I felt like a new person. It was just what I needed for my face shape.
Over the years I cut my hair the say way, with varying lengths and layers, but every experience was the same in that it was GREAT. I always left feeling refreshed and lighter, whether it was just a trim or a few inches taken off. She always gave me great tips on how to style it, what products to use for my type of hair, and how to make the cut last.
Once that trust was built (like 2 haircuts later, ha), I decided to try highlights. This was a gamechanger. I have naturally light brown hair with a lot of gold and Sara knew that I needed both highlights and golden lowlights for a natural, but dimensional look. We’ve played around with different colors and it has always looked great.
I was so, so sad that I had to leave her when I moved to Boston. A year later I booked a trip back to SC and the FIRST thing I did was make an appointment with Sara. I’ve referred many clients to her and they are always so happy with her work. Aside from her magical snipping skills, she’s super funny and always so sweet. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with her… and trust her. I’m so glad I did.

I was nervous at first to try someone new when I moved out here! My first appt I just fell in love with my hair! Marissa did an amazing job! And now I am here today to get a haircut from her :) Make an appt! they are always so busy that walking in is almost impossible. Love this place!

They were very timely with keeping our appointment. Also, the stylist actually listened to what my mom wanted, gave thoughtful advice, and she gave an excellent haircut.

Been searching for a great salon in the area since I’ve moved here from California and was recommended to this salon by a friend. I only came here because she raved that it was the best coloring job she ever got at a salon before and I thought, «Hey! I could give it a try.» I had Marissa as my stylist. She was such a sweetie and knew what she was doing. I got a shampoo and my hair trimmed (since I’m trying to grow it out) and she even fixed my messed up bangs. A wonderful haircut and for a very good price. Will definitely be coming back!

While visiting my mom I decided to get my hair cut/​colored. My appt was at 10am on a Friday. I left there at 1:43. Almost 4 hours later!!! They gave me the new person (Lindsay) who while doing my base coat of color left me out there so long that she had to wash my hair before putting in my highlights. After 2 ½ hours the color was done. However, the lighter ends of my hair came out white. So, round 3 of color required a tone on the ends to fix it. I wanted honey blonde natural highlights. I came out with chunky strawberry blonde shades. My hair is dry (and considering I have oily hair that takes a lot) the cut isn’t what I wanted and after almost 4 hours my bangs aren’t straight and neither is the left side of my hairstyle. I shouldn’t have paid full price or much of anything since the manager (possibly owner) had to help Lindsay finish my hair. But after all that time I was so angry and disappointed that all I wanted to do was leave. If you go here, I’d not use Lindsay until she’s had some experience. Alot more.

I have had Sara as my stylist since I moved here maybe 4 years now. I always leave feeling refreshed. She is honest when I can get away with just a trim or if I need something more to keep my hair healthy. Sometimes I show her a photo and sometimes I just describe what I want, but I always like what she does. My husband and mother have also used her.
