If you need to rent a U Haul trailer, DON’T RENT HERE! RUN to another location, don’t waste your time. I went there to pick up a reserved 6′ x 12′ trailer and they told me I had to hook the trailer to my car by myself! WHAT??? I couldn’t believe what I heard, even questioned her several times and was told she couldn’t lift a trailer onto a hitch and I have to do it myself. Let’s see, they rent trailers but can’t hook them to you vehicle.
